Wymsey Posted 11 October 2019 Posted 11 October 2019 https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-7561801/Claudio-Ranieri-close-taking-charge-Sampdoria.html After his unexpected success at LCFC, he should've retired straight after his sacking tbh. Hope he does ok there.
FoxyPalace.com Posted 11 October 2019 Posted 11 October 2019 Still wish Ranieri was part of the club but in another role. True Gent shame it ended like it did.
lifted*fox Posted 11 October 2019 Posted 11 October 2019 fair play to him for wanting to keep cracking at it i'd have defo mic dropped after the Leicester title win tbh
Ric Flair Posted 11 October 2019 Posted 11 October 2019 Sampdoria have always been the only other team in the world that I've had half an interest in bar Leicester. Hope he rekindles the old magic.
boots60 Posted 11 October 2019 Posted 11 October 2019 Sampdoria are in a mess. He'll need to work his magic.

Hope he does ok there. He enjoys being a manager and doesnt care what people think about him, no reason to retire. He has nothing to prove to anyone anymore but love for the game is love for the game.
Gazza M Posted 11 October 2019 Posted 11 October 2019 He will keep going until he falls of his perch old Claudio and why not, football is his life.
Blue ROI Posted 11 October 2019 Posted 11 October 2019 I would like to finish my career with Leicester... 4 clubs later
HybridFox Posted 11 October 2019 Posted 11 October 2019 Part of me is sad to see him on the managerial carousel. But he's a football man through and through, he's doing it for the love of the game. Have to admire him for that and wish him luck as always

Leeds Fox Posted 11 October 2019 Posted 11 October 2019 Hope he does well. Just think back to that season and can’t explain how much joy the bloke gave us. Not just the win, but the whole season was a joy (a nerve wracking one I might add).
CosbehFox Posted 12 October 2019 Posted 12 October 2019 In the midst of a long takeover process. Three months he will be there for if that. That’s just Italian football though

Would have been good if he had either retired or moved to a different position within our club (maybe as a trainee for Birch's position?!) I can understand him managing in Italy again, but I have to question his judgement in managing Fulham. I'd hate it if he became a laughing stock as a manager.
Guest Markyblue Posted 12 October 2019 Posted 12 October 2019 Would love to see him back here as some sort of ambassador, true gent and who can not watch him in tears at the end of the Sunderland game and not love the bloke. Legend.
VLC86 Posted 12 October 2019 Posted 12 October 2019 possible that I might be heading over there for their match V Atalanta next month.
The Horse's Mouth Posted 12 October 2019 Posted 12 October 2019 Woy's still doing the business at 72, Ranners has got a lot more years yet
