Collymore Posted 12 March 2020 Posted 12 March 2020 We're probably all anxious, worried (enter your word) about the world at the moment but we normally fall back on football as our release - it looks like we might lose that in the short term too. I've been thinking about the 'goings on' today and think it it's only going to make us stronger in the long term. Since Christmas I've always thought we took our foot of the gas, probably subconsciously and no one's fault, but we just looked like we were coasting home. Even despite the win against Villa it felt (to me anyway) we might get caught. One thing I've learned about our club is that usually when we're up against it we all come together and focus. Think La manga, administration, the great escape and "Leicester will never win it" Think about overcoming the biggest hurdle of them all, the loss of Vichai. This virus and the news about Ricardo is only going to make us more focused and mentally stronger, I'm sure of that.
themightyfin Posted 13 March 2020 Posted 13 March 2020 I don't think its Leicester. Football in general brings things together. Other clubs have their struggles from time to time and they deal with it. We are not alone. This is not a time for leicester or football to come together it's a time for the world to come together.
Mark 'expert' Lawrenson Posted 13 March 2020 Posted 13 March 2020 We shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender. Come on LEICESTER!

SemperEadem Posted 13 March 2020 Posted 13 March 2020 We are just the same as any other club in that respect.
Voll Blau Posted 13 March 2020 Posted 13 March 2020 Is this some kind of elaborate parody about Liverpool fans that just hasn't quite landed?
