In a game where 4 seamers have been picked, I didn't expect Bethell to be one of the main wicket-takers

Think the plan of bowling Bethell was to just tempt big shots and it's worked.

Well, that's about 100 more runs than they should have got. 

 

Given it's only four sessions into the match, time may not be as big a factor as I thought, especially since you'd assume England will also be looking to score quickly.
