I thought it was mandated by UEFA that tickets had to be collected in the host city lol

Making it up as they go along. Appreciate a lot of this is out of their hands but the mask has slipped with regards to that total fib they told for Legia and all the Champions League games.

But in all seriousness Naples Police have a major job on their hands now protecting those attending the collection point. Will be a feeding frenzy for their hooligans.

I think it says the NHS pass is valid in the EU, so should be ok?

NHS pass is valid for all stadiums and museums in Italy, however I’d still suggest all to get a test done here when they arrive just to be sure!

It's a miracle.

Absolute wank regarding the collection and restrictions though

@SeanInRome As expected, will have to collect the tickets from a collection point in Naples

I’ll get right on it! Fill you all in tomorrow and I can guarantee those with me have nothing to worry about 👍

Should work but you may get a few awkward sods to restaurants etc deny you.

I downloaded the Italian app yesterday ‘Verifica C19’; it accepted my barcode no problem and now I have a green pass

It’s not going to the point. It’s when you leave. Their spotters will have your card marked, subject to how many people you are with and where you wander off too.

Why is it different from Man City, Liverpool and Arsenal from all whom have travelled there in the last five years ?

I’ll saying something at the collection point for sure. You know it’s just going to be in some five star hotel on the port. Might as well be in ****ing Capri FFS. Only way they save themselves here is if it’s located next to the coach pick up point

Yes. You must use a NHS generated barcode from 1st November onwards though

Cheers! Yeah I just went on my NHS app trying to get a barcode, wondering why it has expired and I can't generate a new one... as I sit here isolating after testing positive lol

United had to when they played Atalanta away.

Yep, easy for the police to stick a dozen officers outside the hotel, harder for them to escort everyone away from it safely back to a bar.

I've just taken a look at this and I don't think it gives you a green pass as such, it just confirms that the QR code will be accepted in Italy which is just as good.  It could tell the difference between my first and second jab anyway as it rejected my first on its own.

That's what we're worried about with the Napoli Ultras. Thought you were on our side? lol

Yeah that’s what I’ve found out now. It forgots you’ve scanned it but it proves that it should work in Italy, as it looks like that’s what they use to verify
