Absolutely. I was just explaining why the stadium appears so empty on TV currently and how if trouble occurs its likely to be away from the stadium (we will 100% be recommended to travel via escort and not make our own way there)

For those interested, something I stumbled across yesterday. It's a guide that Liverpool put out for their supporters. Very informative. I would imagine a lot of that will be replicated for our visit over there.

It’s ridiculous in this day and age that you can’t make your own way to a football match without fear of being attacked. These “ultras” should really grow up.

If one day on holiday, I decided I wanted to take in a Napoli match, not necessarily as an away fan, then I would risk being attacked for not looking Italian if I made my own way to the stadium?

if there is a no belts rule, let’s hope for no wardrobe malfunctions!

They are an extreme case yes, but far from being alone in this.

Does anyone have the surname of Jim from lcfchelp!?

Right now apparently both clubs are talking so we should all have some answers in these coming days 👏👏

Looks like if you use the shuttle service which is normally from  Stazione Marittima then you'll miss at least kick off.

If you use any other way, you'll likely get stabbed or get your head kicked in.

Some clubs have reported being late for kick-offs, others haven't.

Well according to the info pack I linked from Liverpool, shuttles start leaving from 4 hours before KO. If you wait until an hour or two before then there is a chance you miss KO.

I thought that too; but then it was the same the year before and that was the second fixture of the groups.

Just on the point about Napoli not want us there; despite their incredible season, their main ultra group is on a boycott from the stadium.

Curva A returned last game but not to the usual spot. They came back instead in the lower tier.

Not sure what Curva B are still doing.

Thanks for posting, very informative. For an apparently civilised nation, some of this beggars belief. Was seriously considering going, but can’t help thinking “what’s the point?”..,

I am not going to this, mainly due to financial commitments (spending way too much on football) and limited holidays left at work. However, if I was going it would have to be with a different attitude to other European away games. It's not really a place you visit, walk about freely, drink beers in bars etc. It's more of a turn up, keep a low profile, take the organised travel, probably not drink, watch the match, go back to your accommodation.

At the end of the day you are still supporting your club but the other benefits of a European away day are not really there. The best way would be to make it a bit of a holiday and visit other places (e.g. Rome, Sorrento etc.) then just literally go to Naples for the match.

I feel exactly the same. It’s a shame

Totally agree with this 👌  You will really need to watch your back on this one

I must say the club are excelling themselves on the comms front yet again.

Quite incredible that they can't just put a statement out with some known facts, i.e. we are having an allocation but we seem incapable of actually getting any info from Napoli because we are properly tinpot in this area.

It’s all unknown in Italy at the moment. If lcfc do put out any sort of statement if anything subsequently changes they’ll have a load of old moaners having a go. Impossible for them to confirm whether they’ll have an allocation at this stage surely

I like criticise the ticketing as much as anyone but as Groby says, this is a touch more complex. No other English team in Europe has indicated anything about their trips which take place the same week. Leicester are not alone; Chelsea, Man City and Liverpool with zero details of their trips. In the case of Chelsea, it’s St Petersburg as well

Good point. Just looked on the Liverpool website and they’ve only just confirmed ticket details for Everton away on 1 dec. nothing for wolves away on 4 dec or onwards. We’ve got away ticket sales ongoing up until Boxing Day. Not saying lcfc staff are perfect by any means but in comparison to a huge club, that is impressive work

West Ham fans just been banned from travelling to their next away game in Europe by uefa for trouble caused during earlier games.  I am wondering because of the aggro at the KP if the same will happen to us?

Nope, the game in question was on 4th November.

We didn't cause trouble. We responded to it.

We have already had our punishment and been charged for that - just a fine

Napoli selling tickets to Spartak away (next week) tomorrow.

I know we only got a week but that was just after the rules changed in Russia wasn't it?

I think everyone accepts every fixture at the moment, particularly abroad, has a degree of uncertainty but I don't think it needs to be left this late.

Let's be honest, all fans are being treated like absolute shit here but as usual it's just accepted. The timeframes and notifications are a joke.

The lack of comms to say why things are taking longer is unacceptable. It's not hard for them to come out and just give a bit of info as to why we know **** all with a few weeks to go.

The Covid rules are in place, it's not something being negotiated just to allow football fans. At the very least they could sort the ticketing side out with a disclaimer that Covis rules could change in the run up.

The silence is the bit that pisses me off the most.
