My boss went as he manages the U21s. Was telling me this morning Darren Eadie is their manager

Yup, Darren Eadie is joint manager at Leiston. He took over last season when Leiston were in a right old state.

Banbury's manager is former Cov full back Andy Whing. He seems like the non-league version of Sean Dyche.

1-0 CV Kee Pen

Coalville did well to get a point Banbury are a good side. I think we missed JDC in midfield tonight. Banbury were picking up all the 2nd balls.

Great turnout. Decent point in the end. Banbury looked a good side. There number 9 was a right hand full.

Christopher Wreh of Arsenal fames Son. Very tidy and technical player.

Town never really got a hold of the game but I must say a draw seems a decent result as they are a very good side.

Refreshing to watch a fast paced game of football, I'm not sure what I watch down the city is the same sport.

Take the point, not many teams come to Owen Street and do that.

Would have been robbery if we won that.

Onto Alvechurch next, who beat Peterborough Sports tonight!!

Did you see his headbutt when they scored? 😂

Good game, good standard.  Banbury had a good centre midfielder (number 8), think he'd played for MK Dons.  Their striker is the son of Christopher Wreh who used to play for Arsenal.

Yeah the midfield is Gio Rasulo, used to be at MK Dons. He’s been with Banbury for a few years now.

1-1 FT

Couldn’t get out their half second half

Shame the ref missed the headbutt though

647 attendance

Was that during the build up to their goal and why Robbo was on the floor?

That was a good point against a very good side. Anyone that finishes above Banbury will win the league IMO.

Positives are we keep the unbeaten run going (15 games now I think) and we had our biggest crowd of the season. And Peterborough Sports lost.

Ultimately, I thought it was a great advert for Step 3 non-league football.
