I'll be there. Should be decent. Might even be able to see a corner being defended properly. Worth the tenner just for that.

Shameful glory supporters... Barwell FC will stop this from happening.

Weve nicked their captain recently and he's been brilliant :D

Makes a pleasant change after them stealing our players over the previous decade haha

Anyone who lives in Leicestershire and is free on Tuesday night please consider attending the Coalville game v Banbury.

Coalville are top, Banbury are 3rd and unbeaten. It's £10. It promises to be a cracker of a game and your support for a local non-league side that's playing out of their skins would be much appreciated. The team has a real chance of promotion to the National League this season.

I recognise this part of the forum isn't usually meant for anything other than LCFC, but given the awful job our local media does of highlighting local football I thought I would try and promote the game in this section of the forum.

Hope you can get a few from this site.

Hinckley also play on Tuesday night in Barwell, £6 to get in.  The more people attending non league the better.

Think it's the future of watching football for me. The Premier league is getting more and more out of touch with your average football fan.

And I'll put in a word for Loughborough Dynamo (playing at home next Saturday against Histon). Should be getting far better attendances than 120-130 - it's a good day out.

I went down and watched Shepshed Dynamo not too long ago, getting about 200+ a week

Will always love that their stadium is on Butthole Lane lol

Billy Kee plays for Coalville too, and he was a product of Leicester's academy.

Yeah I know

They have some very good players- they have two wingers (Christ knows what their names are, though Kyles told me about 6 times) who are so tricky. The ball sticks to the pair of them like glue. Both rapid too

As the OP says, people should get down there if possible on Tuesday night. I took the mick out of my mates for going down when City weren’t playing earlier in the season as the standard used to be terrible.

I’ve eaten a lot of humble pie, I assure you 😅

The wingers are Luke Shaw and Tom McGlinchey. Both are unplayable on their day.

That’s them!

Very very good players

And that Berridge

Timmy is a very good player. Top goalscorer in the league and could definitely play higher.
