You strip it down to 11 Vs 11 it's still the best sport to watch. There is too much of it and I can't be arsed to watch many games not involving Leicester/England tournament games. Going to the ground waiting for kick off even watching on TV and just the intensity of of being so invested in the outcome nothing else matters for those 90+ minutes.

However outside of the game, the MSM, the talkshite pundits, the social media warriors, the hours of "content" dedicated to the greedy 6, the Ronaldo Vs Messi debate it's just all too much and I'm so bored of it. I do my best to block it all out as best I can, but it's hard to avoid.

Yep. How dull are weekends without it?

To be honest, I quite enjoy my time away from it. It gives me much if a chance to relax on the weekends and do things I wouldn't usually do. It doesn't mean that I'm not happy for it to be back though.

It's when we won the premier league title and players still wanted to leave, I realised clubs like us will always have a glass ceiling holding us back.

I always knew deep down there was a glass ceiling but the confirmation of it was like a gut punch.

That's when I lost a lot of love for the game.

Too many managers trying to replicate pep ball, without the know-how or the players to do it.

Control over risk-taking.

Possession over chance creation.

It's boring to watch more regularly than it used to be.

No aggression in the modern game either it’s all too nice.
