That’s the style they’re going for. They just really over airbrushed the first few. Getting there slowly - clearly whoever is doing them is learning photoshop as part of their apprenticeship 😂

At first, it was like a recreation in an arty style. Which probably involved redrawing and a lot of effort amd the end result was a bit different from the initial photo. 

 

This looks like 5 mins playing with the image below in photoshop filters...

They’ve been pretty poor really. This looks more professional. The Brighton one was very amateur.
