Dislocated knee cap can mess up your ligaments big time

 

I did it twice in the space of a year when I was 15/16

 

Sprained his cruciate and torn at least one other ligament apparently

I’m still suffering from mine ten years on following an assault at work. I’ve had two corrective surgeries and it’s still not right. Poor lad. Fingers crossed for him.
