When has Barkley ever been labelled difficult?

I doubt it, he’s had his massive pay day and will just be looking to get his career on track. Plus I think with loan fees and wages it would be similar.

Barkley makes much more sense and I hope the club are looking at it.

I will agree to disagree, Barkley has rarely shown any consistency in the last 4-5 years no matter where he’s been. Just another “what could’ve been” player

I have hope that this is just a smoke screen for the real deal. :fc:

They often say it’s the hope that kills you..

I mean in fairness, that's exactly what appears to have happened with centre backs.

List as long as your arm of "obvious" targets that someone's pulled straight off FIFA / Football Manager and then absolutely out of nowhere we've apparently all but finalised Faes.

That's how we always used to do business. Wouldn't surprise anyone if we sign a RW tomorrow that we haven't actually been linked to at all.

Remember we did this signing Danny Simpson funnily enough

2 CBs and a RW over the next 48 hours and we can officially call off the relegation scrap 🙏

My distant hope is that we don't need 2 CBs because one way or another Cags will be back in the fold shortly.

Either for a new manager or because once the window is closed and Rodgers and Soyuncu both realise he's here for the season then they make peace and he gets back in the team.

Only way you can possibly really forgive the Soyuncu situation at the moment is maybe thinking Rodgers is trying to strong arm him out of the club a year early in desperation but eh.

Maybe, but I'm not as hopeful. He's been awful for 12+ months and now seems to have 1 foot out the door. Maybe if the penny drops that he's out of contract and nobody he wanted to go to is coming back in for him with how bad he has been he might try and put himself back in the shop window though 🙏

Good afternoon fellow foxes. Rather night

I'll write all I've got on harit

Harit is a player that is clearly best at ball carrying. If anyone is familiar with North African football, it's known we produce lots of excellent players technically. Just look at mahrez. Is harit mahrez? Absolutely not, but he has raw and untouched potential due to tumoltous situations that weren't really in his hands.

From what I've read on here most know about his off thr field troubles. Truth is though after the big incident he's been pretty good though.

Regarding last year, many Marseille fans told me he was like their spark plug off of the bench in many occasions. But that he did score and assist when needed.

Other people who know about him Have fairly critiqued him on his shooting especially, but they've recognized his passing has improved.

Knowing what i know about him, I'd bring him IF the price is right, and IF we bring in a proper rw. He's a rm yes but also a cam at heart nd a lw. He plays all across the front line. He's still young as well. Could be a diamond in The rough, low risk high reward.

Worst case scenario would be boufal at Southampton, lots of skill and decent creation but no end product

Best case, like a slightly worse coutinho (currently)

Nice of you to provide this.

Im open to this on a loan with an optional fee. View it quite similar to Under

Rodgers is trying to strongarm someone out of the club? It's just so backwards.

Does this mean we go even further down the list than Harit. Who can be more underwhelming?

I did ask why Marseille didn’t come back for him

maybe we were used to get this done ??

shalke perhaps also wanted a sale rather than loan and option and thought perhaps they could convince us to buy

naive !

Or its just as naive to think that we were interested.

People believe far to much that's posted on twitter.
