You’re not allowed to

say this. People have suggested it before and been shot down in flames

And have you thought about why it's been shot down in flames?

For your homework this week, I'd like you to go away and come up with at least 3 different reasons for why your suggestion is ridiculous.

I'm not going to pretend it wouldn't be a little better if Vichai was still here or that we haven't had some bad financial management related to the playing squad (ridiculous signings & contracts) along with bad general football management of late, but our club is still one of the best ran in the country.

City is a bang average yo-yo club which has been blessed to have owners who value fiscal prudence over debt. The idea that there would be some billionaire or Middle Eastern country willing to spünk cash at the club is delusional.

I’m not saying the owners couldn’t do things better - sure they could, starting with swapping the Family end with the Kop and bringing back Balti pies - but I can only assume that those questioning whether they should sell up have never experienced this club when it had proper shit owners.

For good reason, it’s f****** stupid. When you’ve got a billionaire lined up with the readies come back to us.

When I’ve got one? Like I said on another post, don’t shoot the messenger

I dont want KP to sell up and they have been amazing for us for so long.

But new investment and new perspectives are needed. Its all gotten too comfortable and too stale.

Too many mistakes are being made and not being rectified. We had a bad window in 2016/17 and absolutely no lessons were learned and we are in the same position now. Letting big money player go for peanuts because we got it wrong.

Oh my God. People talking as if King Power isn't a multi-national operation run by successful business people at all levels. I mean, taking us as far as they can, what does that even mean? lol

Close the thread, it's not even a debate worth having when you see the type of people running certain other clubs.
