Is it just me that hates Switzerland? They have been a functional and dull team for years and years now. Don't let the 3-2 in a one off game fool you, they're a turgid defensive lot. Hoping to see Serbia or Cameroon go through with Brazil.

yea I agree it must be that side of the continent as Crotia, Sweeden and Denmark play similar styles which is drab and boring

Croatia have played nothing like Denmark in this very tournament let alone wider than that. 

 

They're nothing alike culturally, geographically or in a football sense. I'm sorry man but I don't see it.

Disagree on Croatia, they're a decent attacking side. But yes Northern European aides tend to be pragmatic and boring as ****. Agreed on Denmark and Sweden and a Iceland were even worse.

I won't pretend I know all the players that have come on very well but Jovic in particular has been in shit form for club whilst Vlahovic had already scored in this game.

Disagree. Denmark have changed styles enormously over the past 10 years. From a patient 4-3-3 possession style, to a 4-4-2/4-5-1 style with a wide target man, to the modern wingback focused high press system under Hjulmand. Under Olsen and Hareide the systems were a bit rigid which I think is what you are complaining against.

Denmark are the best of a boring bunch which is not a compliment, still a pretty dull team in general. I'd take them over the mind numbing Swiss every day if the week.
