Well it's been a great 9 years

It's been the best 9 years you could imagine. Some absolute unbeatable highs. Now comes the relative unspeakable lows. 

 

Terrible management and oversight has led to this. You can't take away the achievements of this club though. It will likely never be matched. Ain't life a bitch. How does the club recover? I have no idea.

Yep, it's been great. The club's greatest period, with a top flight title, FA Cup win, Champions League QF and European semi-final. 

Also dark times, the loss of Vichai and now relegation.

 

But we'll be back. Positives include that we can shed a lot of dead wood and start again.

Thought we were light years beyond the club that went up but feels like we're back to one of the 15 or so clubs that rotate to having their moment in the sun like Southampton, Derby, Wolves, Forest, etc.

 

Great eventful time had, beats having someone like Palace's time in the premier league were they just exist bar an FA Cup final.

Thought we'd cemented ourselves as a top 10 team a couple of years a go, oh well. I'm incredibly grateful to have experienced the greatest period our club has ever had and will ever have. 

 

I feel sorry for the newest generation of fans that didn't see the Premier League or FA Cup win. A bit like how I felt about missing the MON era but 10 times worse.
