The longer the club remain managerless with a rebuild job needed, the more pessimistic peeps will become because so much work needs to be done, less preparation, more chance for failure.

Sports psychologist - sacked by Ranieri 

Head physio - sacked by Rodgers

Scouts (one or two now) - left because of Rodgers and Rudkin

Academy - ignored by Rodgers

Academy coaches - at least one left to join Pearson, someone in operations left to join Newcastle

Contract extensions & selling players to finance us - ignored by Rodgers

Club and pitch leaders (Kasper etc) - Driven out by Rodgers

Team spirit and mentality - Gutted after Morgan and Kasper left

Club positivity and vision - Almost sod all without Vichai

 

One or two of these can be argued to be minor, but there is a trend.

 

Rudkin, Top and the board have done nothing to protect Pearson and Vichai's successful foundations.

 

It's infuriating those the closest to our foundations, and those witnessed our success from within the club, did nothing to protect them when they were attacked.

 

I've said it before. But we need more than a good tactician and coach. We need someone to understand why we were successful and to rebuild us.
