I don't know if there's a difference in QR code behaviour between season tickets and one-off matchday mobile tickets.  Or if there's a diference between iphones and Android.

 

But my ticket QR code changes regularly - normally once a day.

Whenever I have done it, the email has arrived straight away to the recipient and then they can add it to their phone wallet

Apparently you can't send an adult ticket to an U12. Is that right?

 

Seems ridiculous.

 

We have set up a young lad as a friends and family on our account, want to send an adult ticket to him, but won't let us. Anyway around this?

Took over 2-hours to get through on the phone, then 10 seconds for them to do it. 

 

Why on earth can't you transfer an adult ticket to a lower bracker online?
