Remember that time they gave away a load of renewals. Seats called out and your ticket was free. Did they only do it once for some reason?

Here's a question, if I have renewed and paid for my season ticket, but my circumstances mean that I am no longer able to use it mid-way through the season, can I cancel it and get a refund for the remaining games? And will I still retain my points as a member?

Section 54 of the season ticket T’s & C’s

a Season Ticket is not refundable and cannot be cancelled by the Season Ticket Holder during the course of the Season. However, the Club will consider requests for a refund in exceptional circumstances or on compassionate grounds, on a case- by-case basis.

if the club wont refund it then your options include putting it up for resale on the clubs website, you can do that 5 times per season, you can also forward it to a “guest” 5 times as well

You can sell tickets about 5 times a season and forward on to others an additions 4 or 5 times, so if you had those that would cover you for half a season of games....

Yeah, that's pretty much what I was thinking after seeing @jammie82uk's response (very helpful, thank you). So far I have never been able to get the resale platform to work, but if it looks like I'm going to be missing lots of games then its obviously worth trying again.

Do the physical cards have a built in QR code/chip ready for the turnstiles or do you still need to hand it in to a steward?

Just tap it on the machine like you would a bank card.

I'm a physical card holder, but downloaded my ticket the other week to Google Wallet. Does this mean that my physical ticket no longer works?

It doesn't. Both will work :)

I'm a mobile ST holder... I'm unable to make the Arsenal game, how do I transfer this to a mate? Do they have to be members?

If they were a real mate, you wouldn't do it to them.

But in seriousness, they need to have an account (Not a membership) and you need to link your accounts. Then you can go on the ticket section of your account, select the game, and chose to transfer it.

Log in and go to ticketing section > Click your name top right > Personal details > scroll down to 'My friends & Family' > Click manage my friends and family > add your friend via their account number (6 digits) > click on 'Tickets' > select game > Foward ticket > Select friend.

There may be easier ways but that will get you through it.

Just take a screen shot of the ticket including the bar code and send it to him - easy peazy
