They release pretty much the whole season at once which is good. Also the odd friendly/cup game gets added ad-hoc

Next game is next Monday, tickets usually stay on sale until the day before.

Sometimes these games 'sell-out' but I often find it's against a big academy side and is perhaps more to do with wanting behind closed doors or scouts only games.

Playing away Friday night too, so I imagine either the Friday or Monday fixture will see even more U18 prospects for rotation purposes.

Anyone know much about Darren Motsi, he’s 14 and playing for the under 18s. Sounds like he could be that next gem

Pretty sure he got a goal and assist for England u15s against Turkey a week or two ago

U18s are 3-1 up at halftime away to Brighton

Aideed, Akolbire, and Owusu with the goals

Finished 4-3, Lorenz Hutchinson scored the 4th in added time, still time for Brighton to get it back to 4-3 even later in added time though

I’ve noticed this the last few seasons. Always seem to blow leads late on or come close to. Not sure why that is

Late goals usually are down to 1 of 2 things, poor fitness or lack of game management.

 

Id put my hat on the latter being the case

Not really a big deal at that level but it’s something I’ve noticed we’re guilty of. Funny it’s both sides though.
 

Not sure if it’s like that for most teams in these age groups.

Was always going to be a weakened squad last night, a 'cup' game and we're in action again on Monday in the league.

Defending at 18's and 21's seems atrocious across both leagues , most games are high scoring

At least they know how ball the ball in the back of the net ,they could teach the first team how to do it
