Driving over getting the ferry from Dover into Calais

 

Got a hotel booked about a 15-20 minute drive away from the stadium - we were originally going to stay in Calais but didn't fancy the idea of then having to drive into Lens and finding somewhere to park during the match etc. where as now we can just get a taxi

Very early start Saturday Morning to Dover - Ferry over to Calais and drive down the Lens 

 

Overnight stop in a hotel and back Sunday evening

How far is Lens from Calais? Or if you’re doing Eurostar, where are you going - Lille?

Eurostar to Lille, then Lille to Lens about 45 minutes by train to Lens from Lille, although doing the Calais route is cheaper

Yeah I’m going to France for it booked a hotel near the king power and I am going on the foxes away travel. Can’t wait!

About 1 hour 30 mins from Calais to the stadium

Have the family tagging along - Where were they when we played Hartlepool away in the snow in Feb, Or Yeovil on a Tuesday night or Carlisle in the snow 2 weeks before Christmas
