For those who are bothered by it, Forest are CL I think as its top 5 this season.  It needs a pretty big shift to push them out.

Very little chance, I fear. I can see them being pushed out of the top four with Newcastle doing bits and if Manchester City do their usual thing in the run-in, but they're lucky (as usual) it's the top five this season.

Don’t know what your issue is tbf.. People saying the team in 3rd after 30 odd games are probably quite decent seems quite sensible to me..

Their luck is off the charts, mind. They're UEL or UECL standard.

They were fortunate last season with the 3 sides going down being shit, and they were obviously lucky with how they got up in the first place..   Don’t disagree there.

But they’re 3rd on merit, don’t think luck really comes into their current league position… You can’t work on blind luck for 30 odd games..

People don’t think there Brazil and it obviously isn’t pleasant but it doesn’t make you a Forest sympathiser or a simpleton to say they are decent atm.. 🤣

Man City fans celebrate a goal like a polite round of applause at a theatre.

Just like the KP then

albeit we don’t have any goals to celebrate

Their big advantage is they probably need 2 more wins and they still have to play us.

The rest of the chasing pack have played us already and won't all win all their games.

In an ordinary season, they'd be 5th or 6th. Superb considering where they've come from, obviously a lot of blind luck involved over the 2.5 seasons leading up to it, but let's not pretend they'd be above a Manchester City that had had its shit together all season, or even an Aston Villa that hadn't had injury crises for much of the season.

Same as us winning the league surely? We took advantage and begrudgingly they are doing the same 🤷‍♂️

We won the league by 10 points against an Arsenal side that had Ozil and Sanchez at superhuman levels and a Tottenham side that simply didn't let up until they finally dropped points against West Brom. There were three very decent sides that season, any one of whom could conceivably have won the league.

Sorry but you can spin anything to suit an agenda.. If I wanted to play devils advocate I’d argue our closest challengers being Spurs (lol) and banter era Arsenal doesn’t represent an “ordinary season”

I wouldn’t though.. because we were deserved Champions.

Moot anyway atm because Forest haven’t even qualified, just get a bit bored of you parroting on every week about it..

Out of the big 6 weren't Spurs the only side that actually did better than the season before when we won the league and they only got 4 points more.
