Alot of hype about him. Shown in small flashes that he has talent, but a lot of hard work and a very long way to go before he gets to anywhere near the level of a Premier league player. 

Has zero interest in tracking back and defending, and that will have to change for sure.  Not helped last season, being in a squad that didn't want to be here and had lost all interest in making any kind of effort though, which clearly rubbed off on him, because he seemed to have exactly the same mind set as the other wasters by the end.

The £10m part of the deal is guaranteed with more dependent on how Monga progresses in the senior game.

To be fair I think although it's disappointing we won't see how he fares with us, and its easy to criticise the club because we want him to stay. Given the fact he could have switched clubs prior to last season and we'd have got next to fxxk all, Nyoni style, this is a decent deal on the face of it.
