Very firm favourites to finish last at this point. No one else is even close.  Might be able to beat the third placed team from WSL2 in the play off though.

Honestly, the state of our club right now.

There’s a reason I watch women’s football as a neutral (other than the Lionesses) and don’t support City Women - I don’t want to put all my emotional eggs in one basketcase of a club!

Norway win 2-1 and are through, who ever loses the second game will be out.

Eriksdottir starts on the bench for Iceland

Believe the players who have signed up for next season are due back in this week, one of them told me 8 weeks off at the last game which makes it this week to return.

I want to reserve judgement until we have an actual list of people that are being released, but without Yuka alone I am worried...

It would be nice to see some sort of movement in the transfer market in or out

Preferably in please!

With all those we will lose at the end of contracts, im not sure we can afford to sell many/any. God forbid we have another injury crisis, end up playing half a squad of academy players.

More to leave yet, Momiki possibly next up. And Soph wont be the last defender to leave from what I’ve heard.

What on earth are the owners doing? We'll be lucky if the manager doesn't leave at this rate. Who could blame her?

Still no DOF since Xmas so I’d imagine it’s chaos. They just don’t communicate, that’s 3 players announced themselves leaving before the club does.

Just so disappointing and embarrassing for the club to have so clearly given up on the Womens team. Can see a scenario where the owners cut it to save money like Blackburn and Barnsley.

Shocking.

I find it odd that no other clubs have taken a approach like arsenal and Chelsea in really investing in their womens team considering the relatively very low cost of players, especially compared to the men's game.

Even if the owners don't care about the women's team, at very least success will be good marketing for the club and eyes on the club. Its a win/win. But no other club seems to see it.
