Guess it's time seeing as cars are about to be unveiled. Looking forward to the new rules even if it generally tends to lead to one team dominating for about 3 seasons. Active aero, more electrical power and people moaning about Mercedes' interpretation of compression ratios. What's not to like.

Considering the money in it, F1 has to be aesthetically the ugliest sport going. I guess theres only so good you can make the cars/uniforms look with all those sponsors but just feels like everything could be so much better looking

Seems like this Simon R dude is an F1 fan who has been designing livery concepts for years and they've actually gone and got him to design the car. Pretty cool.

Silly question sorry. That RB is the new car and not just showing the new livery yes?

Yeah it's just the livery. Teams are being dead coy given the first test session is also completely private.

Haas first one to show their car. Digital design with I suspect many things omitted or changed to not give the other teams something to look at.

Shame they aren't trying that utterly dreadful F1 75 Live again. That was fantastically cringe.

I presume the Red Bull one last week wasn’t their 2026 design  ?

Usual fare from Haas.

It was the new livery, but on the old car style. This is the first one to show the new car with the new livery.

The Audi looks dull. Like the Haas.

Not like VW to be dull as dishwater is it?

With the rule changes, are there any teams worth putting a cheeky Brawn-esque punt on for the championship?

I had thought the same no lies lol

FWIW I have a family member that works for an F1 team, general consensus is among the industry that Mercedes are going to walk it this year. We've heard that before of course.

Please not another season where a Red Bull is half a second quicker than the next car in the grid…  I’m hoping teams are keeping their powder dry and it’s gonna be a real competitive field.
