I genuinely dont see how any new owner could be worse. I understand your point that the club may not be attractive in the state its in, but there is nothing us as fans can do about that. Ultimately, the fans need to keep putting pressure on Top to get to a point where his position as owner is untenable. If he has to sell the club for a loss then so be it, not our problem and the these problems are all of his own making.

Its genuinely unfathomable for anyone to want him to stay, regardless of whether or not we have a queue of people wanting to buy us.

I think the anti crowd are just reactionary people lashing out because they're anxious currently.

Wanting owners to leave who have taken us from second tier mediocrity to winning three trophies (including the biggest two in English football) in the last seven ten years is moronic.

Just to add some context to this, as many seem to have missed the joke, this post has been copied from the original owner poll from 2023. @Finnegan posted this on that poll in 2023, which at that point wasn't a completely unreasonable view. Fast forward 3 years and im sure @Finnegan and many others have changed their viewpoint.

I  do have concerns about whether there's enough wealth there to deliver on what they want to achieve long term, however that's not what would make me want them to sell up for the sake of it.

It comes down to one multifaceted question for me that I'd like to ask Top. Is Jon Rudkin's position measured on performance of the club andwhat would it take for Rudkin to be removed?

Like Rodgers with injuries, Rudkin has and will be Top's downfall.

If Top has to sell up for us to get the overhaul we need at director level, then that's why I'd be strongly con sidering it.

The Football operation is:

1. Stale

2. Lacks ambition

3. Scouting of players useless

4. Rudkin is all of the above and useless

5. Top is disinterested and totally detached from the reality of where we are at, over reliant on a serial failiure in Rudkin, who has managed to convince him he is indestructible.

6. The majority of the players are disinterested with a poor mentality, unfit, overpaid and accepting of low standards because they are allowed to be that way with zero accountability.

7. The list could go on and on and on.

It's not so bad now as I decided to do more with the family, I still check the scores and read articles in here and feel sorry for where we are at, no anger or bad moods anymore just sadness, and a feeling that nothing would suprise me anymore we are simply that bad.

Yet to see any defence of KP on this thread. I know it exists but I'd like to see it written down by someone.

We were in League 1 once.

We were, but I don't think that this would be a "balanced" view of the KPFC brigade.

There will be plenty whose argument would have a tone in keeping with that "back the lads" flier that was done the other day, mentioning how Vichai "gave his life" for the club.

I am keen to hear a normal person's argument for Top et al.

The "gave his life" was a really f**king weird thing tbf.

For clarity, my post was a p**s take and the only people backing them are simply irrational and it's not possible to look at what they're doing and provide a sound rationale argument in favour.

But this is the whole thing, I refuse to believe that all of those in favour of keeping KPFC are just fundamentally a bit thick.

That cannot be right. It's like saying *all* Trump voters or *all* Reform voters are a certain type of person. It may be true on the whole, but there must be some level headed people in there with rational arguments.

Again, this isn't an appropriate argument and it's not one that a level headed person would say. We haven't been in this league position for 17 years.

Said it twice. Unbelievably weird and unbelievably stupid. This is my entire point - they can't all be that thick. There will be a normal, smart person out there somewhere who has an argument for keeping them in place, and I genuinely want to hear it.

Re your post - clearly you're a coach 1, back the lads, Vichai tattoo type. ;)

Half and half scarf with Vichai and Top on each side.

I'm genuinely a bit outraged we still don't have a Top statue. We gave Vichai one for winning the league why doesn't Top get one for winning the FA Cup?

We're so ungrateful.

As an asset the club is dwindling in value by the day, you'd think someone in the family at home would be having a word.

Perhaps this change behind the scenes is prepping for a sale (not that any buyer would be impressed) :fc:

to the people who vote remain as owners I as many others would be curious to why

I voted them out on this. But I think the main argument for keeping them is that it’s actually really easy for them to get it right. I think they only need to make a few changes to hierarchy and create a clear structure and long term plan (this is all really basic stuff but we seem to be missing it).

They’ve done a lot of good since being here and I can see us having good times under them again if they sorted their ideas out. For me it’s taken them too long so I’d like to see a change. But there’s loads of risks with new ownerships too, I’d hate to be owned by an oligarch, equity firm or a gulf state, which then leaves very few options.

More than anything I just want to see some fight on the pitch.
