this is incorrect as they add 50 points every year to the away points bands anyway

I think the easy thing is to remove the 50pts per season for season ticket holders.

 

Just have away points for the amount of games you have been to.

 

Give people a chance to catch up.

 

I'm one with 740 odd, how does someone who got a season ticket this season catch up.

As I stated, that’s assuming they keep it at 670 points for 12 years.. but within at 12 year period for the next 12 years it’ll go from 670 to 800+ points..

New sth holders will never catch up no matter how you look at it.. the goalposts move every year

My favourite gag is when people pretend to not understand the system they've been buying through for 14 seasons. Just admit you have priority under this system and don't want to relinquish it (which is logical) rather than pretend the system is remotely fair and still fit for use 14 seasons later.

As long as you keep renewing the worse we get and those that have had enough do not,

then you won’t need to catch up by 650 points,

Why should a new season ticket holder who may drop off next season immediately catch up and a 12 year home and away stalwart lose out. Let them demonstrate their long term loyalty.

The previous system seemed

to work better. A rolling 3 year tally of away games attended. Kept it current and rewarded those who go to away games rather than all STH .

Why should someone who rarely goes away but has had ST for ages have higher priority than someone who has held a ST for only a few years but tries to get to as many aways as allocation allows.

I swore I wasn't going to go to this, even though I live in Stockport. But I'm a glutton for punishment so if anyone has a spare let me know and I'll have it.
