Does anyone have any idea of how many are in the following bands:

Away Priority Scheme
STHs with 760+ Away Priority Points
Successful Fox Members

STHs with 720+ Away Priority Points

My nephew has 706 points and wants to get to a many away games as possible this season, trying to gauge how likely he is to get a ticket for games like Blackpool away.

Blackpool likely being a midweek means he will at 706.

Im not sure many would know the rough numbers in the brackets.

I imagine most of 720+ will have been STHs for at least 12 years but still a very significant number.

Blackpool is a Saturday game and, I expect, will be one of, if not the most, in demand of the season.

How come it’s likely midweek?

I agree the system now is not correct but the MK game surely is not the example of it falling fowl, everyone who wants to go to that game can get a ticket.

Yeah everyone is now able to but it shouldn’t have taken this long to reach this point.

How many internationals are we likely to have in our squad?

We only need 3 to call it off and that’s Under 19 upwards. Suspect Blackpool will have enough to do it. As it stands you have Hamza, Cullen, Aluko, Alves, Souttar, Page, Reid all recent calls up. Braybrooke, Bristic, McFaralane and Watson are possibilities too. Faes and Okoli unlikely but still been picked on occasion.

Explain please.

Wasn't it due to club taking a few blocks at a time to see how sales went? Did you want them to take all blocks at the same time, allow a free for all and then perhaps find they have 2k left they couldn'y sell?

Once it was established this was gonna be a big one (which was fairly obvious from the start). They should’ve moved through the levels quicker IMO.

TBH I’d like it freshening up in anyway to try and avoid the almost half n half feeling we have at aways. Most aways there’s usually a good 20-25 rows at the front who will all sit down, not make much noise and just generally create a flatter feel.

Everyone has got a ticket so why did it need to be quicker?

I'm happy with that setup, I don't want to spoil the view for someone who is sitting and I don't want to be harangued with 'sit down' every two minutes.

Why would you want to mix it up and cause problems?

As others have said, no way of knowing exactly.

However, I'm in the same band as your nephew. I can tell you that last season I wasn't able to get tickets for Oxford or Wrexham and I just missed out on tickets for Notts County, too. I had no trouble with the other away games I wanted to go to last season - I got to about four including Portsmouth and Watford. I got one for MK Dons easily, too. I'm expecting it to be tough for people like me and your nephew this season with smaller grounds.

Age old argument isn't it.

I think the system is completely sh1t but at the same time, I don't really know how it could be improved in a way that pleases everyone.

Its frustrating that people constantly lose out to the same people in this "The rich get richer" scheme....but at the same time, those that invest all that time & money following the club around England deserve to be rewarded.

I dunno, It is sh1t but when you come to terms with the fact you're not going to get tickets, its must less disappointing.

The most frustrating ones are the piss riddled fossils that have been going since 1901 through nothing more than force of habit.

I really don’t think the solution is that hard.

Three season rolling tally and take away the points for season ticket renewals to open the floor outs slightly.

Those that go regularly would still get tickets.

702 gets a ticket for Blackpool anytime of the year.

A little bit off topic but can the club decide whether to play the games even if the quota of players are called up for internationals?

Are there any clubs that don't give extra priority points to season ticket holders?

If you live far away and can't make every home game then what's your reward for buying one?

That probably applies to most ST holders due to the number of televised games.
