Can’t remember what game it was, probably last season now but one u21 game I watched he was the best player on the pitch. Was absolutely everywhere.

To be fair, a lot of the critical work with these will have pre-dated Seagrave too. But our academy should be championed because the last decade of hard work is magnificent.

Seagrave has been open for nearly 6 years now which is all of the teenage years for these lads.

Not really sure we can say that when we've got the likes of Alves, Braybrooke, Page, Joseph, Aluko and Neale all making valuable contributions.

 

It's still useful to have a bloody good academy even if the senior players are shit.

Souttar just given away a penalty, took forever for VAR to give it… pretty harsh if you ask me.

Souttar actually played pretty well, I don’t think Endrick likes him very much. Souttar gave away a penalty, started an all in brawl and eventually lost 4-2 (2 penalties for Brazil).

Hes more than good enough for League One if we can get that sort of performance out of him every week.

Souttar is absolutely brilliant in a low block but he looks completely awkward otherwise.

 

We should have cashed in on him when he had value and gone into the season with Kangasniemi, O'Hora, Okoli and Gray who all (yes, even Okoli) suit a Russell Martin type team more.
