Ric Flair Posted 9 January 2006 Posted 9 January 2006 Not too bad I suppose, definately winnable. Walcott v Smith Part II, let's hope Smudger can outshine him again.
Sly Posted 9 January 2006 Posted 9 January 2006 This is a fantastic home draw for us They are beatable. 5th round here we come.
steve_wilson101 Posted 9 January 2006 Posted 9 January 2006 Happy with that - just pleased to be at home
Chimp Posted 9 January 2006 Posted 9 January 2006 This is a fantastic home draw for us Damn, you just beat me to it... I'd have much preferred a lower league team for this round and get a high profile team next round. Extend the run a bit and then draw in some big money from TV rights.
Head Honcho Posted 9 January 2006 Posted 9 January 2006 There might not be any big teams left after this round they've all got away ties
Hitesh Posted 9 January 2006 Posted 9 January 2006 Looking forward to it! We have a good oppourtunity to get into the next round! Anyone have any dates yet coz i wanna see if im free to go!
Chimp Posted 9 January 2006 Posted 9 January 2006 Knowing our team we'll blow it I've got a horrible feeling that we won't beat them either, dunno what it is with Southampton but whenever we play them I'm always expecting to lose. Maybe it's psychological.

Extend the run a bit and then draw in some big money from TV rights. Nearly screwed it up as my live webcast kept breaking up. Great to see all the big guns away from home.Southampton loooked ordinary against us and they won't fancy the travel. They nearly blew it vs milton Keynes Dons saved by a darren Kenton strike. Kenton on SFC O/S was after a glamour tie in the 4th round......and as luck would have it he's got his wish. Lets hope Ryan Smith can skin him or the ref awards another dodgy penalty against him.
Ric Flair Posted 9 January 2006 Posted 9 January 2006 Your thread has been merged as there is already a thread on it.
Lichfieldfox. Posted 9 January 2006 Posted 9 January 2006 Your thread has been merged as there is already a thread on it. The thread was who we've got in the cup not who would you like! Now we've got a storyline. I hope all the other 'similar' threads get the same treatment cos theres a load of repetition on here esp re players/manager/rumours! Anyone know if Fyatt has signed or if he'll be cup-tied if he has?
syston_fox Posted 9 January 2006 Posted 9 January 2006 Im actually disappointed with that draw! Was hoping for an easier game than that or a premiership side away. Wouldnt be suprised if we lost this game!
syston_fox Posted 9 January 2006 Posted 9 January 2006 Already posts on that in here: http://www.foxestalk.co.uk/forums/index.ph...pic=14688&st=20
Lichfieldfox. Posted 9 January 2006 Posted 9 January 2006 There might not be any big teams left after this round they've all got away ties They'll be 6 premiership casualties in the 4th round...could be a year for an underdog to grace the new Wembley....come on you Foxes (aka scoreboard last night....a little tribute to my daughter on her 13th birthday)
Manwell Pablo Posted 9 January 2006 Posted 9 January 2006 Looking forward to it! We have a good oppourtunity to get into the next round! Anyone have any dates yet coz i wanna see if im free to go! It will be last weekend of the month. more then likely Saturday at 3pm. Certainly a winnable game, all going well i'll be in attendance, hope the tickets are sensible priced again.

fox123 Posted 9 January 2006 Posted 9 January 2006 Having Just seen the draw and being a local, bookie just got the odds through for the match 11/8 leicester 2/1 draw 7/4 southampton

Anyone know if Fyatt has signed or if he'll be cup-tied if he has? They do get the same treatment. As for Fryatt, he's already scored twice in the Fa Cup this season so he'll be cup tied. Still no confirmation on his signing though. I'm surprised really because Levein said he would hear back from an un-named striker about signing within 48 hours and that was on friday. That un-named striker appears to be Fryatt, so what's the hold up? Sounds similar to the Lovell saga when he asked for a day or so to think.
