i don't know if there is already a topic on this

but on the city page on sky text it quotes kisnorbo

saying how he doesn't understand why he is being overlooked

for the australia squad.

what the hell is wrong with this guy is he stupid or what

he thinks he's good enough to compete against

the worlds best players but he cannot play against

some of the crap in this league

Posted

idiot - he should look at his own performances and realise he hasnt done anything worthwhile to be picked nationally. if he thinks he's been playing well franky CL's bought some muppet here

Posted

He is absoploutely awful but i bet you will end up going to the World Cup. Perhaps he thinks that if you play regularly then you will get picked for you national team (even if you are shit).

I imagine it's a quote from Kisnorbo a while ago, which the ever regurgitating TeamTalk.com have decided to re-hash in to a new story.

"Skippy on Ice" we called him at Hearts! He came to Hearts from amateur Aussie football and has always spouted out these delusions of self importance.

He's totally useless - the fact that Levein signed him AGAIN just sums up his managerial abilities I'm afraid!

What are your views On Levein then? Do you follow Hearts?

According to a paper in Australia today, Kisnorbo is being lined up for a re-call after a secret scouting mission from one of the Australian National Team Coaches.

Well I never!!!

Season ticket at Hearts for 25 years.

Levein - where do I start!! Big hero of mine as a player however, as a man and a Manager he just is not my cup of tea!

When he was at Hearts much was made of the two 3rd places in the SPL inspite of wage cutbacks however, what many forget is that he still had the biggest wage budget in the SPL outwith the Old Firm during his time at Tynecastle. Another factor was that Aberdeen and Hibs were in a total shambles and basically we had no competition for these much lauded 3rd places!

He has a totally negative outlook and sets out his teams not to get beat, HOME and away. We had smaller teams come to our place who should have been cannon fodder - instead CL would have one man up and allow the other team to get the initative. It was only when we went a goal down that he would throw men forward - sometimes too late.

Nothing was ever his fault. The fans came in for stick for not supporting the team however his tactics were so mind numbingly boring that the atmosphere was totally flat - sound familiar?

We had some real quality yougsters however, as with a lot of talented kids some had a bit of the rebel in them. Instead of encouraging them to get on the straight and narrow they were ignored and given the bullet - the bottom line is that CL drained us of the talent to develop. He played his "yes sir - no sir" favourites like Hamill and Kisnorbo week after week after week. Frankly the more the fans complained the more his arrogance kicked in - he picked the team - he was right - you lot can sod off!

Inspite of the dire football, results count and the Scottish football pundits, who actually never went along to Hearts matches, started building up the myth that CL was a quality Manager. By the time he left we were on the slide, down to 5th in the SPL as the other teams were starting to get their act together - he saw the writing was on the wall and LCFC were his escape route!

I'm really sorry that LCFC are in their current position however, with CL at the helm this regretfully comes as no surprise.

any optimism I had has gone - CL out: Allen in

Posted

why would allen come here, brentford will be promoted so he'll be in the championship next season with them, we look like going the other way

Posted

To be fair to Kisnorbo, Criag Levein plays him as a centre midfielder. I still claim he's better in defence.

I am sorry but Allen would not turn us down, :nono: if he has confidence in his ability as manager he would be certain he could keep us up, and next year we woud be far better off than brentford for promo.

I agree.

Even if we get relegated we are in theory a bigger team than Brentford.

i think he's better in defence aswell, he's built more like a centre back and he did do o.k when he had to fill in that position. in an ideal world kisnorbo would not play at all, but if he had to be in the side, it would certainly be in defence.

I wouldn't trust him to be a ball boy

What did i say yesterday?! Perhaps we are all wrong and he is a brilliant player!

All part of Craigs' ingenious tactics of playing guys total out of position. At Hearts he signed Kisnorbo as a Centre Half then stuck him in the team at Left Back - as you guys will now know Skippy just can't kick the ball with his left foot and he was a disaster.

Craigs' next plan was to play him in centre midfield - that didn't work either ...well ...because basically he's not a footballer.

I'll give you a snap shot on Kisnorbos 'football ability' - in the UEFA Cup match against Schalke old Skippy picks the ball up in acres of space deep on our left, head down he drbbles the ball diagonaly across the park with no one near him and he shins it out of play on the right! Even the Germans were shaking their heads!!
