Foxes_Wizard_Striker Posted 25 April 2006 Posted 25 April 2006 Born in London near Stamford Bridge, could supported Chelsea but my parents moved to Leicester when I was about one and grew upthere and eventually suppot the foxes after spell with man.utd (because of beckham),Arsenal (because they was winning but in the first match that i support them they lost 6-1 and I dumped them haha),Liverpool (because of Owen) I was about 12 when i eventually reaslie there is no point supporting the glory teams as i don't have passion for them so I opted for Leicester as I grew up there and there you go!

Snap I was born in St Stephens Hospital, Fulham Road Chelsea just down the road from Stamford Bridge and moved to LCFC when I was 5. Supported both teams until they met in the League Cup final so had to choose, picked Leicester, we lost but I've been LCFC Blue, through thick and thin ever since.

Cobbo Posted 25 April 2006 Posted 25 April 2006 I'm born in Leicester and live in Leicester via Manchester.
Stuliasz Posted 26 April 2006 Posted 26 April 2006 Started Coalville, lived there for 18 years, now spend most of the year in Sheffield.
Rugby Fox Posted 26 April 2006 Posted 26 April 2006 UK:UK... Why? Mothers Side all from Leicestershire and support Leicester so they got me into it. Leicester is the towns local club also, other than Cov.
shen Posted 26 April 2006 Posted 26 April 2006 World (Belgium, Brussels) : World (Denmark, Copenhagen) Long story short, I once managed Leicester in a game and for some odd reason took a shine to them. Started following them back in 1998 and was hooked from then on. I've always liked underdogs, and I guess the reason I liked them so much to being with was that MON defied odds and made a top half Premier League side out of mostly only British players in contrast to the expensively assembled multinational squads. No connection whatsoever to Leicester. They've been the only club I've ever followed/supported though, and I intend to keep in that way.
Nationwider Posted 27 April 2006 Posted 27 April 2006 I'm Leicester : UK Born at LRI, and dad a lifelong City fan. I've not lived in Lestoh for a fair few years now - apart from LCFC and my parentals, I've got no links with the city these days. I'm still proud to bore to death friends and colleagues oop north with my tales of Wembley, Martin O'Neill and Franck Rolling - and always will be.
TrickyTrev Posted 27 April 2006 Posted 27 April 2006 Both of my parents are from Leicester but I was born and brought up in Luton.
lcfcalan Posted 27 April 2006 Posted 27 April 2006 UK/UK Born In London , brought up in and around London, Never since from the age of 8 have I supported any other team but Leicester. Some who know me will have heard this , but here's why. It is this simple, Me , aged 8 yrs old , in a school playground in Slough. My mate says to me 'who do you support?' 'No one' says I . 'Support Leicester City cos I do ' 'OK' says I. So ,40yrs later I still do . He supported them cos his Mum is from Leicester.
cisono Posted 9 November 2006 Posted 9 November 2006 Am I the only foreign-born LC supporter on this site that currently lives in Leics?
Fez of Mahrez Posted 9 November 2006 Posted 9 November 2006 Northampton : Northampton. F**k me, that's depressing. Via Leicester Uni. I started supporting City on the strength of seeing Nikos Dabizas's commanding defensive displays during the 2003/4 season.
lookwhaticando Posted 9 November 2006 Posted 9 November 2006 Leicestershire : World for me. Makes me one of just two people. God I'm special.
lookwhaticando Posted 9 November 2006 Posted 9 November 2006 Am I the only foreign-born LC supporter on this site that currently lives in Leics? No. World : Leics [ 2 ] ** [1.96%] Two of you.

Canada (Ottawa) - Leicester Unless he typed them in the wrong order. Quite funny, actually, because if he typed them in the right order, we did a direct swap.
Daggers Posted 9 November 2006 Posted 9 November 2006 Leicester - Brum (via The World) My Dad moved to be with my Mum, he came from Manchester via Cardiff...she moved up from West London. Oh, it could have all been so different.
