That's why Amir Zaki is the no.1 striker in the world. ^_^

i get the feeling em doesn't like this zaki. didn't celebrate with him which is unusual. zaki looks decent but very, very selfish. not always a bad thing of course. palacios looking awesome again.

Perhaps becasue Zaki didn't aknowledge Heskey's assisst. First thing I'd have done is thank him for the header.

Arsenal looked very poor. Laughed when the fans started booing Adebayor.

Boro looked very good aswell.

Nasri looked quite brilliant I thought.

Geovanni seems to be a find of the season for Hull.

Hull's first ever goal in the top flight and it was gorgeous  IF they can stay up this year they'll really go places. It's all there for them, they just need to grind their way there. They've already had some luck which most relegated teams just don't seem to get.

Hull beat a poor Fulham side who will carry on struggling this season.

Once Hull's honeymoon period is over, they'll be fighting away with the likes of Stoke, West Brom, Fulham and the like. They will not stay up.

Stoke were thrashed by a poor Bolton side and look in dire straits. Fulham look terrible. That's already 2 teams just as bad as them. With a bit of luck and some confidence it's possible.

Bolton's home form will keep them up, when Hull start to hit a rock and lose a few on the bounce, the KC Stadium will be an easy place to go to and pick up points.

Stoke managed to show yesterday the monumental gap between the Championship and the Premiership.

Bolton are looking promising and I also think that West Brom will stay up.

Hull may also scrape it but Stoke are looking very poor. They looked poor last year but always got the tactics right but they will struggle this year. They have no quality throughout the squad - I mean Richard Cresswell, Andy Griffin, Leon Cort - all average players.

If West Brom, Bolton and Hull are all going to stay up, who's going down? :dunno:

Stoke, Fulham and Wigan.

Wigan will be strong mid table this season I reckon.

They weren't my choices, they were what I thought Burnham meant.

I think Stoke, Hull and a surprise team could go this year.

I wouldn't like to say who will go down. I'm just saying it's doable for them. Yesterday proved that there are at least 2 sides just as bad as they are, so they're not going to be cast adrift at the bottom. Bolton will do no better than low midtable, though they won't go down, and they HAMMERED Stoke. Fulham got beat by Hull. If they continue to show a bit of pluck, the occasional bit of skill and get some luck their confidence will grow and it will only require one more team to have a nightmare season for them to stay up. I can see West Brom being like us in 2003/2004; decent but unlucky, going down without really being terrible. Hull have got a chance, really they do.

Stoke will get murdered as they can play one way. The long ball way.

Hull will go down as well, Giovanni will be key for them but I think they lack some more quality.

I think West Brom could stay up, It will be difficult but I have a feeling that out of the three they could pull it off.

Either way this season will be difficult for the struggler's.

Theres still time for all the promoted sides to add a few players and hopefully get that bit of quality they need to stay up.

So it will probably be fairer to judge a few weeks after the transfer window closes.
