MC Prussian Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 Ive seen him a few times, he's shit. Bring back Low tbh. Can't you just leave the FT lot a few minutes to cheer up a bit?
Wils Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 Ive seen him a few times, he's shit. Bring back Low tbh.
Simi Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 Never seem him play. Hopefully he can do well. Let's hope this isn't the last one.
Flynny Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 Ive seen him a few times, he's shit. Bring back Low tbh. Dunno why we ever got rid of Josh 'Laser' Low in the first place.
Leicfox Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 Shut up. <_< Its just my truthful opinion of him. He might do okay though i suppose, we'll have to wait and see.
Guest Gist Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 Does anyone know what 'subject to FL paperwork approval' means?
foxes_fan Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 He looks like he wont be very strong in the tackle. He's a winger... As long as he can get by people and put a decent cross in, i couldn't give a shit if he is strong in a tackle or not.
Flynny Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 he is mainly left footed, hes not preparing to lose levi is he???? Levi can play in the centre too, as far as I know.
Jonbluefox9 Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 He looks like he wont be very strong in the tackle. If you hadn't seen Stearman play before you wouldn't think he was very strong in the tackle either. I've seen him snap into players twice his size and come out the better of the two. Looks can be deceiving!
Thracian Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 Levi on the right ? Keates on the left? Porter's fine on the left. Why change what's not bust unless it's to put him where he'll eventually be best - controlling from central midfield. Question is whether the new guy is good enough to give us a 4-4-2 on the right or whether we'd still be best with King in midfield and a 4-3-3. Cos if he's really better than King I'll be both surprised and delighted. But then we wouldn't have people who've seen Yates shouting "bring back Low".
Wils Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 What does that matter? If he's good enough, put him in there. Exactly. Height is obviously a positive but if your good enough to play there it doesnt really matter,if you were a centre back it would matter.
DB11 Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 God I hope it isn't another Low... he was well in their League 1 promotion season but he now needs to challenge himself at this level. And he'd better not bloody drop Porter or he'll have some explaining to do

I've seen him snap into players twice his size and come out the better of the two. Looks can be deceiving! Your right there. I've never seen him play before so I can't pass judgement yet. Hopefully he can make an impact at Luton and give us 3 points.

Would Levi be better in the centre than King, in your opinion? I'm guessing the answer's no, not least because of his height. Shorties usually stick to the wing or striking.
Simon Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 Can't see us signing a CM today then. Hughes will move back to the middle and Yeates will go out wide.
Flynny Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 Can't see us signing a CM today then. Hughes will move back to the middle and Yeates will go out wide. What's wrong with that? Why does everyone love Williams so much?
Thracian Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 Its just my truthful opinion of him. He might do okay though i suppose, we'll have to wait and see. So is he quick? Does he take people on, score goals, make goals...you know, everything Gradel does except he's too young and temperamental. What's his strengths?.
lookwhaticando Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 Does anyone know what 'subject to FL paperwork approval' means? Football League paperwork Paperwork must be signed to register that a player has moved from one club to another. With a transfer that requires the players' registration to be updated appropriately, and in the case of a loan something similar is surely done. It's just so that it goes on record as a legitimate transfer and that the player is fully eligible to play for his new club immediately. The paperwork should be a formality unless someone's cocked the details up.
Jonbluefox9 Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 What's wrong with that? Why does everyone love Williams so much? I was thinking the same thing. Hughes was one of our better players on Saturday and he was playing out of position. What was Williams excuse for looking shit?
