davieG Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 QPR striker Kevin Gallen, who is currently on loan at Plymouth, will leave Loftus Road in the summer, with Leicester one of the clubs keen to sign him (Mirror). You could at least attempt to read this morning's posts, you then might avoiding posting a repeat. Rumours are usually crap anyway but having them posted twice within two hours is
Toby or not Toby Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 gallen is the wrong side again of 30, would be awful signing.
lookwhaticando Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 I can't believe you all overlooked the rumour posted immediately after the Gallen one. QPR striker Kevin Gallen, who is currently on loan at Plymouth, will leave Loftus Road in the summer, with Leicester one of the clubs keen to sign him (Mirror). Jason Roberts could leave Blackburn in the summer after failing to regain his first-team place after recovering from injury (People). Fez may have been right... he just might be a realistic target.
Brainy Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 Can I post a rumour, without it being deleted? Gretna/ Leicester City Rumours. Had it confirmed by a colleague today that Rab Douglas has already agreed to join Gretna FC. I belive that he will be signing for them regardless of whether they are promoted to the SPL or not. I had Information last week that Todorov would be signed before the QPR game but it now looks as though he will be signing this week coming, probably Tuesday or Wednesday. For all those satating that Hughes will be leaving Leicester, not the case. He is well thought of by the management team and has impressed MM too. Also, don't expect Fryatt to be sold. He is another that RK thinks a lot of. Injury has curtailed Fryatt this season but is still in LCFC plans. Cheers Les A Gent. www.footballrumours.com Just thought i'd let the people who LIKE rumours know. Leicester City Rumours. Had it confrimed today from a usually reliable source that after the defeat to QPR on Saturday that Rob Kelly's days as manager are numbered. He will probably be off within the month. Names being linked at this Time are Mike Newell, Harry Redknapp and Bryan Robson. Most likely to be Harry Redknapp due to the Mandaric connection and the fact that he allegedly doesn't get on with the new Pompey owner, but very early days. Will keep you posted as things materialise. Cheers Les A Gent.
Tubes Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 Can I post a rumour, without it being deleted? www.footballrumours.com Just thought i'd let the people who LIKE rumours know. funny considering kelly will not be here edited to say i do like rumours and keep them coming
dandannieldanok Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 I've heard that Mike Stowell is on Luton's shortlist of about 10 to be their next manager but the early favourites are Nigel Worthington, Mick Harford and Tim Breacker. Source from former shareholder.
lookwhaticando Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 It would be good to see Stowell in management When RK goes bye-bye?
Brainy Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 When RK goes bye-bye? I can't see Roy Keane being snapped up by Premiership clubs yet, nor do I see him leaving Sunderland in the near future.
Simi Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 When RK goes bye-bye? It would keep up the trend of the assistant getting the job.
lookwhaticando Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 It would keep up the trend of the assistant getting the job. Worth a punt til the end of the season?
Simi Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 Worth a punt til the end of the season? Don't see why not. Then maybe if he does ok he could get the job full time.
fox123 Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 Don't see why not. Then maybe if he does ok he could get the job full time. I would hazard a guess that MM would want someone more 'High Profile'
Mort Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 Don't see why not. Then maybe if he does ok he could get the job full time. Will we never learn?! We've tried this before!!!
Simi Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 I would hazard a guess that MM would want someone more 'High Profile' Will we never learn?! We've tried this before!!! I really do hope that there is sarcasm meant there, because I would hate for people to think that I actually want Stowell to have any part in the coaching set up.
lookwhaticando Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 Clearly, the trick of leaving the at the end of a statement has lost all meaning.
City Fan Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 What happened to this Todorov lark? Monday night we got told we would know a definite yes/no in 3 or 4 days time. Does that mean its a no?
Mort Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 I really do hope that there is sarcasm meant there, because I would hate for people to think that I actually want Stowell to have any part in the coaching set up. Sorry... I'm just way past sarcasm, all my critical faculties have been wiped clean... i put it down to the tripe RK wheels out after every game <_<
Geo V Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 Gallen???! that would be a great signing, if this was 1993.
Thracian Posted 19 March 2007 Posted 19 March 2007 Uncle Tom Cobleigh and all. Bring in another 30-plus old timer....it's like we've become a branch of Age Concern. Just get Andy King in like I've said. It will be a lot less trouble and half the problem will be solved. Then play 4-3-3 with Hammond and Hume up front with King, plus Wesolowski, Tiatto and Porter in midfield and it's away we go. Get Dodds back and have Fryatt and Dodds on the bench. It's not a problem. Getting Kelly to realise the answers staring him in the face is the hard thing. If you read this Milan for pity's sake make it happen. And preferably with two attacking full-backs as well.

Elvis Hammond needs to be sold and someone with talent needs to bought in to replace him. If we have anything near 7 figures than I see no reason for him being here.
The People's Hero Posted 19 March 2007 Posted 19 March 2007 Branko Boskovic - Rapid Wien Anthony Gardener (400k) - Spurs Neil Lennon - Summer (free) - Celtic Lewis McGugan - (75k) - Forest Didier Agathe - Nearly done Medical ? Few other too - Don't know the spelling of these 2 though. Harvid smitt Frabrizo Collaceni - Verbal agreement. This guy is appalling and I certainly wouldn't welcome him in to our defence. Seriously, I see a lot of Spurs and this guy is pap.
Flexx Posted 19 March 2007 Posted 19 March 2007 Gardner is an average player at Prem level, but he'd be quality at this level. He would never sign for us though
Molson Canadian Posted 19 March 2007 Posted 19 March 2007 been trying to dig up some info on mirfin from some huddersfield fans http://www.terrier-bytes.com/forums/viewto...p;forum=2&6
