City Lad Posted 21 April 2007 Posted 21 April 2007 Barnsley Football Club are delighted to announce that ticket prices for this massive game have been slashed to just £10.00 for adults and £5.00 concessions!!!Tickets are on sale now from the Oakwell Box Office as the Reds look to ram Oakwell to the rafters and cheer the boys to Championship safety. Please note that these reduced ticket prices will apply to home areas of the stadium only. Supporters of Leicester City FC will be charged the normal full matchday admission prices. This sounds like sour grapes to me. Earlier in the season we charged them full price while we had our £1 for kids deal. If i remember, they're fans had a little protest about it! Source
Maybes Posted 21 April 2007 Posted 21 April 2007 To be honest I couldnt give a flying fook. They can do what they want. Although sour grapes
Trumpet Posted 21 April 2007 Posted 21 April 2007 How much will it cost for me n my kestrel to go long and cheer on the baaaaaansleh?
Simi Posted 21 April 2007 Posted 21 April 2007 Our tickets were sorted today ! If you're all going Barnsley clap your hands.
Nath Posted 22 April 2007 Posted 22 April 2007 Our tickets were sorted today ! If you're all going Barnsley clap your hands. Well done for Lee Jobber for starting that one off, looks as though another 1000 should be sold by the amount that clapped....
DB11 Posted 22 April 2007 Posted 22 April 2007 Could sing that song about paying full price so we'll stand up all we like?
Tommeh Posted 22 April 2007 Posted 22 April 2007 "we paid full price, we'll all stand up" Just like at Brum
Wasyls Pec Deck Posted 22 April 2007 Posted 22 April 2007 As if its gonna make a difference, it takes a lot more than that to stop our fans from turning up!
filbertboy Posted 22 April 2007 Posted 22 April 2007 its tit for tat and thats all really if a city fan wants to go this wont put em off !!
SystonFox Posted 22 April 2007 Posted 22 April 2007 i think, we paid full price we all stand up would be a good chant to do.
Simi Posted 22 April 2007 Posted 22 April 2007 i think, we paid full price we all stand up would be a good chant to do. I like that We payed full price We'll all stand up.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 22 April 2007 Posted 22 April 2007 (to the tune of Bring on the Sunderland and Arsenal...) Bring out your whippets and your flat caps, Michael Parkinson's a f**king tit, You can charge us twenty quid, After all we f**king did, But Last of the Summer Wine will still be shit.
Blue Bob Posted 23 April 2007 Posted 23 April 2007 LINK I just love it when I know I am being ripped off!!!!
Ric Flair Posted 23 April 2007 Posted 23 April 2007 This is pay back time, as we only charged about a fiver for tickets when they played us at The Walkers earlier in the season. But they had to pay full whack. Fair play to them.
Maybes Posted 23 April 2007 Posted 23 April 2007 I think its funny how they brought like 250 fans and we are taking at least 10 times that amount.
DB11 Posted 23 April 2007 Posted 23 April 2007 If we had given them a discount, think they would have given us a discount for this game?
Tubes Posted 23 April 2007 Posted 23 April 2007 I think its funny how they brought like 250 fans and we are taking at least 10 times that amount. and look at our league status that just shows us what we could potentially be taking should we be doing well
Maybes Posted 23 April 2007 Posted 23 April 2007 and look at our league statusthat just shows us what we could potentially be taking should we be doing well Yeah when everyone jumps on the bandwagon
