sam_p_lcfc Posted 12 May 2007 Posted 12 May 2007 they won 2-0 last nite but does everyone want them 2 get promoted??
Finnegan Posted 12 May 2007 Posted 12 May 2007 Tbh I don't really care. If they come up, we've an extra derby match. If they stay down, we get to laugh that Forest are in a lower league but I don't know any Forest fans anymore to rub it in.
I8AM Posted 12 May 2007 Posted 12 May 2007 they won 2-0 last nite but does everyone want them 2 get promoted?? eally not bothered. Just glad we are not passing in opposite directions. Would prefer a weekend away in Blackpool
Geo V Posted 12 May 2007 Posted 12 May 2007 I`d prefer them to stay down but at least it guarantees us a bumper crowd if they do come up and some local passion and an easy and cheap travel day for the fans who live in Leicester going for the away game These types of games may well also see us live on SS which is another positive I suppose as its increased revenue.
Head Honcho Posted 12 May 2007 Posted 12 May 2007 You want to be playing your local rivals so of course we should want them to be promoted. I believe the more teams from your area playing at the top the better the football in the area becomes.
Simi Posted 12 May 2007 Posted 12 May 2007 Tbh I don't really care. If they come up, we've an extra derby match. If they stay down, we get to laugh that Forest are in a lower league but I don't know any Forest fans anymore to rub it in. Completely agree.
Mort Posted 12 May 2007 Posted 12 May 2007 I’d quite like to see them back up to be honest, there’ not in the same league as Leeds when it comes to having a delusional and down right arrogant fan base and it’d be nice to have a proper derby game back… though I’d still like to see us nick Perch off them!
Thracian Posted 12 May 2007 Posted 12 May 2007 I'd like them to join us in the Championship. Another cracking away game that won't cost a fortune. In fact it might be interesting in all sorts of ways.
Libertine Posted 12 May 2007 Posted 12 May 2007 It's not 'Notts'. No S. That means 'shire and they're not Nottinghamshire Forest.
Tubes Posted 12 May 2007 Posted 12 May 2007 i hope they rot in hell tbh hope they stay down draw them in the fa cup would be quality
Koke Posted 12 May 2007 Posted 12 May 2007 It's not 'Notts'. No S. That means 'shire and they're not Nottinghamshire Forest. Actually, they dont like being called Notts Forest. They hate that.
Leonisco Posted 13 May 2007 Posted 13 May 2007 I hope they get to the final cos my Forest-supporting dad has said he'll take me to Wembley if they do.
Wils Posted 13 May 2007 Posted 13 May 2007 Tbh I don't really care. If they come up, we've an extra derby match. If they stay down, we get to laugh that Forest are in a lower league but I don't know any Forest fans anymore to rub it in. I agree with that. Although it would be good to play them again.
Micky Ruddle Posted 13 May 2007 Posted 13 May 2007 i'd love to see them at Wembley and lose, just to see their sorry faces cry
Daggers Posted 13 May 2007 Posted 13 May 2007 I've been won over by the prospect of going away to Blackpool. I think the Pool should dump them in the final. That would be funny. Yes.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 13 May 2007 Posted 13 May 2007 Keep the Tangerine dream alive! 1-0 up away at Oldham. Come on Graysons Barmy Army.
Simi Posted 13 May 2007 Posted 13 May 2007 Keep the Tangerine dream alive! 1-0 up away at Oldham. Come on Graysons Barmy Army. SEASIDE ARMY.
Rocky Dennis Posted 13 May 2007 Posted 13 May 2007 No, dont want em back in our league. The constant "you reds" and "2 European Cups" bollocks just does my head in! I love taking the piss out of my Forest mates for being in League 1, Forest fans love telling us all what a massive club they are. Hilarious.
Tevez Posted 13 May 2007 Posted 13 May 2007 I want them to go up, not that i support them. But to go there away and sing your not famous anymore would be amazing.
leicesterseddon Posted 14 May 2007 Posted 14 May 2007 Whilst I love to see Forest do badly, I wouldn't mind another derby match next year along with cov and (hopefully) Derby. Let's face it, they wouldn't exactly be pushing for promotion next season, but I can't help being torn between loyalties when I watch the play-offs.
