Nationwider Posted 11 June 2007 Posted 11 June 2007 If it provides you with any comfort at all, I've not eaten crisps for 161 days. No. It doesn't provide you with any comfort. Have a secret beer? Secret drinking is the way forwards....
The Reverend Posted 11 June 2007 Posted 11 June 2007 I havent had any fizzy pop for about 6 months at least if that helps.

Daggers Posted 12 June 2007 Author Posted 12 June 2007 daves body is already a temple, but i think he's having it converted to a mosque <_< Yea - the saying so-long to fat one...and I was drinking way too much. Fez has written it all off as a mid-life crisis <_< I'd have thought the first sign of that was getting a convertible

Unabomber Posted 13 July 2007 Posted 13 July 2007 I'd describe it as Carling But it tastes nothing like normal Carling
Nationwider Posted 13 July 2007 Posted 13 July 2007 But it tastes nothing like normal Carling No bad thing - Carling makes me vom. Can't say I've ever tried the Premier variety - it doesn't feature in any of the pubs I know. ... and Carling C2 - what the &%#@ is that all about?

Unabomber Posted 13 July 2007 Posted 13 July 2007 Well, I'm all for trying new things beer-related.... Well we share interests then
Floating Fox Posted 13 July 2007 Posted 13 July 2007 I'm off to fetch a nice cold can of carling.Want one ? I wouldn't drink it unless you paid me. Cat piss.
Nationwider Posted 13 July 2007 Posted 13 July 2007 To be honest, if I did a blind taste test with Carling, XXXX, Fosters and Carlsberg, I'd struggle to tell them apart. I tend to go for Carlsberg if I'm drinking bog-standard lager in a pub. I prefer a glass or two of Staropramen or Becks, but I'm a shameless lightweight these days and don't go near the heavy-duty stuff much. Stella = Try getting up at 5am to deal with a screaming baby with a head full of Loopy Juice and you never, ever want to do it again. (Drink Stella, that is!)

Becks is a really nice Lager , XXXX I really can't stand they have it in the Holiday Inn? opposite the Walkers not good, not good at all. I tend not to care to much what Lager im drinking though after a few pints of something decent like Premier or a bottle of becks. Im not to keen on Stella either, gives me a bit of a pounding headache
lildave3 Posted 13 July 2007 Posted 13 July 2007 Fosters Although when I was away, it was all desperados/bud.
Unabomber Posted 13 July 2007 Posted 13 July 2007 I don't mind Fosters much prefer it to regular Carling and the other cheaper lagers available
