He said that if he moves to Europe he has the potential to become one of worlds best defenders. He also said that he has never seen anybody run like that, he was all over the field.

Job never got many games though did he? i think he got about 70 starts in 6 years, and failed to displace some proper monkey guff such as maccarone and nemeth

His performance in their Carling Cup Final win was excellent and proved he could be quality on his day. I am more interested in his record last season in France's top league, where he would have played as a striker more often.

I doubt it. So many players come from abroad and end up at big clubs and clubs at lower level to our standard and do well. It may take him some time to settle as he is a youngster but Im sure that it will be easier for him joining a side where they all need to get to know eachother and its all change!
