lcfcmad2005 Posted 17 July 2007 Posted 17 July 2007 I live in Benalmadena costa, Spain and I was out last night down the 24hour square and i met some rude Danish lads and i got talking about Jimmy Nielsen and i asked for there oppinion on him and they just laughed and said that in Denmark we laugh at that idiot he is one of the worst keepers in Denmark and he has big problem withe gambling. I also met these dutch lads that support FC Utrecht that were in Linekers Bar and i asked about Sergio Hellings they said that they havent seen him play for a long time but when he played for ajax they said they could see he had the potential to be a big star. they also said that Leicester are supposed to be after a player called theo Janssen from vittesse they said hes good a defensive midfielder

Lillehamring Posted 17 July 2007 Posted 17 July 2007 yeah, but if some foreign bloke in spain asked me what i thought of someone like, say, craig bellamy, i'd say he was a nob with a strange face, but that doesn't make him a bad footballer... the fact that they think he still has a gambling problem suggest they were unlikely to be aalborg fans.

Bit different. yeah i think they where just being t**ts because he won best keeper in the league award in 2004 but he might of had a shocker for the last 2 years

I've don't know about Danish pastries but to me he's a flapjack. Vulnerable on crosses and, because of that, happier to stay rooted to his line. I'm still not convinced some aren't more equal than others when it comes to their chances of being picked for the first team but Nielsen will provide a test. Because, although his distribution is better, from the other evidence so far the sooner Logan or Henderson get back between the sticks the better.
