Flexx Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 Crouch, how do you smell today? Not too bad, I seem to have farted it all out
Babylon Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 lunatic transfer policy You gotta love it... better than signing Josh Low.
BartonFox Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 Hasselbaink will be a much much much much much better version of De Vries, who will be able to control the ball, finish, score goals, jump to head the ball etc etc could be an awesome signing especially for this division.my play off/promotion hopes have ever increased. You have to be someones multi, is that you Fez, Daggers or TPH??? If not, it isn't de Vries who is going to get bombed
Ric Flair Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 Surely this impending signing will cost Mandaric a good £500,000 in signing on fee's and agent fee's. Which poses the question on everyones lips... does this take us past the £3.5 million mark that then activates hebangsthedrums forefit? It's a special day.
Babylon Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 Walkers stadium conversation. Allen: "Milan We really need a left sided player" Milan: "A striker you say, not a problem, any other positions need strengthening?" Allen: "A left back and an attacking midfielder are the next priority" Milan: "How about Miller and Rhiordan from Celtic" Allen: "Perfect thanks".
Fez of Mahrez Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 You gotta love it... better than signing Josh Low. Spot the f**k on my friend. JFH and DJ are going to tear it up. How d'ya like that Fatty?
BartonFox Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 how can you say this is a bad signing? he will score loads more than Fowler and is he gets 100% fit will be fantastic for this divsion. he is a proven top goalscorer in the premiership what more do you want? A goalkeeper, a centre half, a left winger and a right winger.
Manwell Pablo Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 Spot the f**k on my friend.JFH and DJ are going to tear it up. How d'ya like that Fatty? This is ridiculous how can you call him fatty compared to Jimmy he's annorexic.
THEBIGJOHNSTEADER; Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 Not too bad, I seem to have farted it all out Good, what do you think of the potential signing, he has a foot like a traction engine don't you think. Fierce
maddog Posted 13 August 2007 Author Posted 13 August 2007 Hasselbaink is the most high profile and probably the best player Leicester will probably sign in years and years. This time last season we never in our wildest dreams would have even dreamt to be able to afford a fraction of his wages or ever dream he would sign for us or even be linked to us.
Daggers Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 You have to be someones multi, is that you Fez, Daggers or TPH??? If I said I was a little insulted by that comment it would be an understatement.
Flexx Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 He failed last season in a poor Charlton side IN THE PREMIERSHIP, I can see him finishing top goalscorer in this league easily. Hopefully he isn't just here to pick up his wages and he'll actually put some effort in.
The Reverend Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 MDV and JFH are similarish players and i cant see them being played together, which means that JFH will play as he is clearly the better of the two. Him and DJ (Churchill style voice) ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh yes!!!

You do relise he is 35 and has just been released by another Championship side. We aren't signing the JFH of old you know. Fingers crossed he still has a little bit left in the tank.
Babylon Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 I think our tactic is to eventually sign every striker in the country, then leaving the other teams with nobody to actually score a goal.

maddog Posted 13 August 2007 Author Posted 13 August 2007 I got a little excited at Kaebi and not really excited at any other players. But if we sign hasselbaink i wil be so excited and he could score the goals that get us promoted this season. Hell i know we lost to Blackpool but we were unlucky and Bank may score at least 1 goal a game.
The Reverend Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 do you know what.. I bloody well hope so I'll ask you this, seriously. Him or MDV?

I think it's probably more like; Allen: "Milan we really need a left sided player" Milan: "A striker you say, not a problem, any other positions need strengthening?" Allen: "No Milan, a LEFT WINGER" Milan: "Another striker you say?! You sure like your strikers! Okay, that's two more strikers, anything else?" Allen: "Oh for f**k's sake, okay then how about a new goalkeeper seeing as you bought me a duff one" Milan: "A-ha! Another striker! But of course. That's three more strikers then" Allen: "..." EDIT: I suppose that's kind of what you were getting at, reading it back. I just fancied a go myself.
Manwell Pablo Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 do you know what.. I bloody well hope so Ah come on he'll be good for us, we'll have more strikers than we know what to do with and he is old and fat but he should give us something different, that being footballing abilty.
