Some are pretty serious like heart disease or motor degenerative diseases that the player manages to hide throughout the early stage of his career. Also things like common infections to make sure the player doesn't end up making everyone ill. That is what I can presume happens.

Our club uses a safety first approach to medicals and don't bother doing them as they worry that the players might get injured under going one and therefore putting the transfer in jeopardy.
