MC Prussian Posted 14 May 2008 Author Posted 14 May 2008 The Helio Sequence How on earth did you hear about them? I bought "Keep Your Eyes Ahead" first, then "Love & Distance" and I love them both to bits. Slightly dark, but classy synthy-pop with a touch of U2 and OMD(?) - especially "KYEA". "Hallelujah" always gets me. Powerful, energetic, angry, moving. Aaaaahhhh!!!
Joe. Posted 14 May 2008 Posted 14 May 2008 Weezer- Maldroit album. Keep Fishin' is still one of my favourite songs ever.
Father Ted Posted 14 May 2008 Posted 14 May 2008 Happy Mondays - Step on. Your twisting my melon man, call the cops!

Koke Posted 15 May 2008 Posted 15 May 2008 Talib Kweli is the man. I can't believe how under-rated and unappreciated he is.

Koke Posted 15 May 2008 Posted 15 May 2008 Ear Drum was a damn good album. Indeed it was. Unfortunately, he doesn't get the deserved recognition that other artists do.
