I'm pretty sure I own a Dangerdoom album but I haven't listened to it yet. Hot 8 Brass Band are quality, I've heard their remixes of Sexual Healing and Brown Paper Bag, will have a look for the remix album.

Ninja Tunes are quite inconsistent at times aren't they. Experimental music sometimes risks becoming just plain annoying for me.

I almost went to that Krush vs Vadim night. It was meant to be Krush vs Kentaro but Kentaro pulled out for some reason.

As for guitars I would say I'm narrow minded. lol I'll consider suggestions though. My guitary stuff pretty much consists solely of Radiohead, Sigur Ros and Pink Floyd.

well I wasn't thinking along the lines of Metallica or anything more along the lines of John Matthias or even at a big risk to my reputation... Chris Murray who plays a sort of acoustic Ska stripped down to the very minimum like this don't know if it's your thing at all though you may well hate it! :D

oh you should join pearson towers to download this James Lavelle mix it was from the cream live 2 cd and it's a briiliant piece of work with the following tracklist....

1. Unkle Spinners

2. Autocreation Caught Short

3. Repeat Drifting Sounds of Wakiki

4. Paris The Hate That Hate Made

5. Most Wanted Calm Down

6. Doctor Octagon Blue Flowers

7. Photek Into The 90s

8. Doctor Octagon Bear Witness

9 Air Modular Mix

10. The Groove Robbers feat. Dj Shadow Last Stop

11. Dj Krush Meiso

12. Unkle Berry Meditation

13. Clubbed to Death Clubbed to Death II

14. Tuff Crew Soul Food

15. Innerzone Orchestra Bug In The Bassbin

16. Winx (aka Josh Wink) Hypnotizin

17. The Scientist The Bee

18. Paperclip People Oscillator

19. Peshay Piano Tune

Hahahaha. I bought that Cream compilation on triple cassette when it came out. The James Lavelle mix is quality. If I remember rightly the other two are Oakenfold and Nick Warren.

I'm currently listening to Waldeck's album The Night Garden. Really very good actually.
