So someone in the office bullshitted what I said, and the manager asked me to leave. I've been to Office Angels and they're going to sort me out another placement next week hopefully.

 

The thing is, no one would of cared if it was permanent staff involved.

Basically there was a temp who worked there for a week. I had overheard a conversation between 2 other temps about how he had shown one his cock for some reason unknown.. The subject of him came up this morning in general chatting, so I mentioned said conversation incident. Someone then asked one of the girls involved about it, and then bullshitted that one other girl was involved, when she wasn't. It basically spread across the whole office.

 

Surely I'm not the one to blame here.

lol If you wereo on Footy Manager your decision making would definitely be a 1.

Boiler has stopped working.  Joy.  Left a message with a local plumber who hopefully wont rip me off.  Have avoided British Gas as it seems they comdemn boilers on site, and I don't need a £4k replacement bill right now.

British Gas are the worst rip off merchants you'll find. Trust me.

Another day older another day wiser, don't spread gossip, it does seem a bit over the top to sack you for it but it's like the defender that sticks his leg out in the box, why give the ref the chance to even think about making a decision. Hopefully office angles will sort you out, they were the agency that set me on my way.

British Gas are the worst rip off merchants you'll find. Trust me.

i thought that,but I'm on one of those plans that I get a service on an annual basis and it's only about £7pm.Had a problem where the heat was coming on with it being off on the control panel and thermo down.Had to replace something on the boiler,drain system 3.5hrs work,replacement bit( box in boiler) £50 all in as I have the above plan,would have been nearer £500.

Because I'm juvenile and you said hard one after he was talking of knobs,its the law to reply in this manner in my house!

Those insurance things/cover they do are probably the only good thing they offer.

 

I'm talking about their prices for powerflushing and boiler swaps themselves. They're easily £2-3k over the reasonable price.

 

The servicing aspect of their firm is scary too. I remember a few instances where our firm has gone in to do a boiler swap and the customer has very recently had their gas fire or other appliance serviced by BG. Yet some of the customers look at you gone out when you ask where their gas meter is and say they've never been asked that before. That's despite doing some calculations at the gas meter being an incredibly vital/safe part of what a service involves.

Managed quite a long walk with my knees today.swelling from my hematoma going down but the stiffness from this on my knee means I still cannot bend one knee very well.This is doing my head in.nearly 3 weeks without driving.cold packs and heat packs tonight.

Mrs gone round her mates and staying over,eldest daughter at a party and staying over and the lad is at scout camp,sounds decent,he is kayaking,climbing walls and air rifle shooting,can't be bad.Home alone tonight ....now where did I put that porn!
