Perhaps you'd like to explain 8 for N'Gotty who must have given the ball away 7/8 times granted he did win it first to enable him to do so ;)

See we all see the game differently, look at all the scores there are many many wide apart marks. I personally thought Stearman had a solid game amongst what was mostly dross and I'll stand by that. I also thought Hume sweated blood for us but I see someone gave him a 4. Perhap you'd like some of those to explain their scores :dunno: Just a thought.

I've just wtached 2 boring teams I don't need to justify my scores :P

I obly wtched N gotty closely second half and he was a god, not only did he win all his headers, he was always looking to pass the ball to the midfield instead of hoofing, except on one occasion when he tried to pass it to stearman on the wing.

N Gottys my new favourite Leicester player now

Fulop 7.5 (Solid as per usual)

Stearman 7 (I'm not normally a Stearman fan but stuck to his task well enough)

McAuley 7 (Solid)

Kisnorbo 6.5 (Poor clearances and distribution but defensively sound)

N'Gotty 7.5 (Broke up many attacks and was generally very good)

Mattock 5.5 (Struggled against Wolves winger, general poor control)

Chambers 4 (:|)

Kishishev 5 (Erm.... did he do anything?)

King 5 (Lacks confidence, not great passing)

Hume 5 (One of his poorer games, although to be fair the service wasn't great he won next to no headers)

Fryatt 5 (Like Hume received little service, still offisde too often and too greedy)

Subs:

Cort 6.5 (Looked impressive when he came on, deserves some credit)

Campbell 6 (Had a couple of chances, caused a few problems)

To be fair, King showed some good touches and potential, but then there were glimpes from the entire team of the fact we can actually pass it around on the floor competently - just we preferred hoofball for 89 minutes, no difference here.

Fryatt should've bagged really, and Cort should've at least forced a save when they gifted him an opportunity.

Good for you he has a lot of class but I thought he gave pssession away far too easily in the first bhalf, maybe he's been playing with Kisnorbo and McAuley fro too long

Like I say didn't pay much attention first half so he could have been awful :P

Also I'm suprised at how people saw Mattock as well, I thoguht he looked alright. He's not the best going forward and probably lacking the required skill or confidence to try and beat his man but looked solid enough, also put some good set pieces in.

Fulop 6 - Solid enogh

N'Gotty 6 - Did his job and made a commendable run near the end. Brilliant stuff.

McAuley 6 - Same as Bruno really, did allright. His long passes were abysmal though.

Kisnorbo 5.5 - Was allright defensively but he was utter shite going forward. The hoof Mister.

Stearman 6- Decent enough.

Mattock 5- I thought he was poor tonight. Kept overhitting the ball and losing it, and knocking it out of play.

Chambers 4- Was way off the pace today. Not a CM

King 7- There was definitely some truth in Thracians ramblings. He had very little confidence today though. Send him out on loan for some experience.

Kishishev 6- Not bad, But i'm not his biggest fan.

Fryatt - Inneffctive, needs the ball to feet not hoofed in the air.

Hume - Found it hard to make an impact on the game because of the rubbish behind him.

Cort- Utter shit

DJ- Not on long enough to tell

Awful match

A commendable run yes, but sadly the shot at the end looked rather more like something we'd see at the Tigers. Brilliant stuff it surely wasn't.

And neither was it an awful match....just terribly dull.

I think you watched a different game to me

I thought we were extremely wasteful from set pieces tonight, Mattock being a prime culprit :ermm:

I thought Mattock was totally skinned on 3 or 4 occasions granted by one of their more accomplished players but he looked incredibly slow at times, I guess these 3 games have taken their toll on the poor lad.

Thrach put a bet on King to score first and Leicester to win 2-0. Fact.

Two-one actually - and to win £600. The bookies hadn't a clue who he was and hisname was on the options list. However, if I'd known he was going to given a holding role I wouldn't have bothered. Even when we had corners and free kicks he was left in a defensive role. Normally you would fail to understand why a manager wouldn't play to a person's strengths but without Clemence and Wesolowski we really were in a risky situation because I didn't see Chambers and Kish making much happen.

I think Megson expected Wolves to come at us a lot a stronger from the start, they didn't and he still stuck with his game plan which didn't manage to create anything of note.

The only reason, for me, that Chambers gets to play midfield is because of his engine.

I'd like to say I was in the Family stand for this occassion, would this affect what I concentrated on? More than likely :P

Might have but we're all looking at different things and impressed/disappointed by different aspects of the game. I seem to be the only one to be having a good word for Stearman so it's me that's out on a limb :D

Fulop 8 - made some vital saves

Stearman 7 - got forward well but needs to cross quicker

McAuley 6 - did well and was rarely beaten in the air or in the tackle

N'Gotty 6 - needs to stop the long punts

Kisnorbo 5 - learn to pass or fook off, i've had enough of him wasting posession for no reason

Mattock 6 - coped with kightley well and still managed to get forward

Chambers 4 - not a CM needs to be swapped with Stearman

Kishishev 5 - needed to impose himself more as the main CM tonight

King 6 - needs to be allowed to get forward more, some good passes and with a bit more luck some of his attempted through ball would of come off

Hume 5 - far to quiet, still drops too deep to play as a striker at home, put him in the AM role with another Striker up top

Fryatt 6 - just didn't work for him tonight

Subs

Cort 6 - kept it simple and was easily his best game for us

DJ on 10 mins too late so N/A

One of the central midfielders is going to have to get forward if we're going to do anything this season playing 3-5-2.

I think sometimes he delays his cross cos we're so slow to get bodies in the box. On one occasion tonight the cross went over and there was NO-ONE waiting.

Fulop 7.5 - A couple of tidy saves but once again commanding his area and I felt secure with him in goal

Stearman 7 - Did OK. No frills, trie dto get forward with some decent crosses.

McAuley 6.5 - Solid enough, dodgy distribution and positioning was wrong a couple of times.

N`Gotty 7 - Solid enough and one lovely run like Cafu in his prime lol

Kisnorbo 6.5 - Wasnt as commanding as normal and again distribution is an issue.

Mattock 6 - At times was good going forward but was all over the place defending for me. He has huge potential and if he irons that out we`ll have a real player as his errors were mainly down to naivety.

Chambers 5 - Dont get it at all. I know GM had him at WBA so may think he can play in this current role but it seems he has gone from a really speedy handful of a full-back to a no confidence midfielder overnight. Get him at RB FFS!

King 5.5 - He didnt grab the bull by the horns and stamp his authority on the game but we cant expect too much from someone who is so young and inexperienced at this level. Neat at times but I must rate his performance and not where he has come from hence the poor return.

Kishishev 5 - Should have grabbed King and showed him the way but really didnt fill the void left by Clemence as the experienced player and largely dissapointed. He may have aged over the summer because he isnt the player that Leeds fans raved about last season.

Hume 5.5 - Did nothing first half and looked more lively when dropping off in the 2nd. Didnt get involved as much as he usually does.

Fryatt 7 - Tried to make things happen, created his own chances like many good strikers do but didnt take those chances which is a shame.

Cort 5.5 - Continues to worry me. Lacks confidence and doesnt seem mobile or aware of what is going on. Needs reserve football for match practice and fitness which is a concern.

DJ 6 - Looks a handful in spells and again today was an example of that. If we play to his strengths he will score goals at this level.

Megson 5 - Playing 532/352 at home was poor tactically for me and is sends out the wrong image to our opponents. We didnt create enough chances to warrant a home win and despite arguably being the better of two poor performing teams today, we shouldnt have started with this system at hiome. I suppose he deserves a pat on the back for changing things and we looked better in the 2nd part of teh second half but we continue to let sides off the hook by starting poorly.

Megson - 3. SEVEN defensive players for a home game in this league isn't on. This guy makes Rob Kelly look like Kevin Keegan.

Kop - 7. Did well in the second half, then spoilt it with applause at the end. I hope those clapping enjoy watching Port Vale and MK Dons next season... :(

Short memory, do you remeber someone else play 3 5 2 at home every week?

We aren't playing 3-5-2 though, it's 5-3-2 with 3 holding midfielders and two strikers that like to drop off. It's almost an 8-2

Take your point. It is very negative.

We just need new players i know thats crazy considering we signed 14, but some of those just aren't up to it.

Some?

Try - almost everyone.

We are still playing mostly players that were here last year...and weren't good enough then, they sure as shit haven't got any better.

I want to see four or five players booted out and another four or five quality players brought in to the squad. Without that we are destined for yet another relegation battle.

Was trying to be slightly positive.

But really Only Clemence, n'gotty and Fulop are good enough. From what we have seen.

Chambers is but not as a centre mid, he's a full back.

Cort can do it at this level, but just doesn't look fit yet, and wonder if he ever will be.
