Babyloon dadash

i cant belive the crap your saying about iran

We got one of the best teams in asia our league is soon the best league in asia thats why we got a team in the asian champions league final against a japanese team. Our league is better then all the mediocre leagues in europe like the swedish leauge.

Dont come talk shit about Iran and Iranian football before you know anything thank you

may i ask Why is your username Babylon any chance that your just an arab and a hater?

How does anyone get from Babylon offering a perfectly reasonable opinion to suddenly being an Arab hater?

I imagine, like me, he'd love to see Kaebi show some form in the reserves and at last start to justify all the ridiculously unrealistic hype that's surrounded him.

But it hasn't happened yet and no amount of name-calling is going to change that.

Stearman is hardly setting the world a light at right wing back. As matter of fact, defensivly he can be decent sometimes but going forward he offers absolutely nothing.

Personally, I'm not too fussed about this whole Kaebi issue. I just want to see James Chambers on that right hand side.

And one final thing. All people are asking for is to give him a chance. Carl Cort is shit, he's been given chances. Elvis is shit, he's been given dozens of chances. And currently Stearman is absolute wank.

Agree with every word of that. If we're not careful then Chambers will just morph into one of our mid-fielders and that'd be really bad. Stears is shit as a wing back, when he got the ball in forward positions on saturday it was embarassing watching him panic and attempt stifled and none convincing minces towards the box. I'm not knocking him cos he's a fairly solid right back on his day, but our current formation calls for specialist full backs with a lot of quality. ?Now Kaebi may have these on paper, all be it tattered Iranian paper that isn't getting translated very well in the reserves, but from what i've seen of Chambers. He is a solid, attacking right back with stamina and agression. Please let's get him there, Clem come back.

The people dismissing Kaebi on the grounds that Iranian football is apparently rubbish are no better than those wanting him in the team based on the fact he plays for Iran.

It's all well and good mentioning teams like Mali and Japan being similarly ranked as Iran but where are all our players playing for teams so much better than them?! It's crazy to even bring up their world ranking.

It's also stupid and naive to get into arguments about their standard of football with Iranian football fans. At least they qualified for their continent's international competition which is more than England look like doing at the moment.

With all the fanfare we got from the club when he signed, people shouldn't be so quick to dismiss the questions about Kaebi.

Mali and Japan are shit though.

I mean who'd want players like Shunsuke Nakamura, Junichi Inamoto, Koji Nakata, Yasuhito Endo, Freddie Kanoute, Mahamad Diarra and Mohamed Sissoko (all fewer than 50 caps I think) in their team.

EDIT: Sorry Nakamaura and Inamoto probabley have more than 50 thinking about it.

Yeah that's it i'm a hater, give me strength. What I was doing was giving you a taste of your own medicine mate. Coming on here saying he is too good for us and should be in a premier team.... give me a break.

If he gets there then he will warrant it, currently he doesn't. You came and spoke about us in a way I didn't like... so I gave it back. I'm making the point you know nothing about us or this league, yet you can all pass comment on it. I do the same and you all go mental.... see where I am coming from??????

To be honest at this moment in time we don't actully need Kaebi in the first team if he's supposedly playing so poor.

We've got what we need right in front of us. If we had a manager who put Chambers, a natural wing back at right back instead of Stearman it'd make a hell of a difference. I'd even rather play Chambers at right back and Stearman in midfield if that's how it had to be.

Jesus you don't half take things too seriously.

No ones bloody dismissing him because he is from Iran... i'm dismissing him (currently) because he can't even get into out shit first team. As i've already posted I was giving them a taste of their own bloody medicine for saying he is to good for us and that he should walk into a prem team.

Just trying to have a bit of a proper football discussion.

I don't place any faith in the fact he can't get in our team being any measure of whether he should be in our team given the quality of our management teams in recent times. Same thing with Louis Dodds too not that I want to get into that right now! lol

But seriously... how many players have walked into a prem team from countries like that??? Even the players Manwell mentioned were either born and raised in france or worked their way up through European leagues. The Iranian fans are convinced he should be starting for a premier team and that's crazy.... he might do eventually. But it's not going to be any time soon.

My "slagging off" Iranian football was half meant as a lesson not to judge our team or the level of football, and to point out that you are not going to jump straight from the Iranian league to the English premier!!! I went over the top in the goading but you just can't get through to people and I was getting pis*** off.

Anyway back to more important things... what about That Alan Sheehan, can't be long before Madrid snap him up as starting left back.

And play for Mali, so whats your point.

My point is they didn't jump from a Malian team straight into the premier did they!!!!! Which is what our Iranian friends seem to think Kaebi should have done.

I'm slightly confused here? :D It might not have been you but didn't someone claim that Iran are rubbish, as they are ranked around the same places as Japan and Mali, I'm just pointing out that certain player who play for both teams are not only more than good enough to get into not our side, but pretty much any side. So I'm not seeing how where the players in question were born comes into it, if anything it gives players like Kanoute and Sissoko an advantage as they had more scouts watching them and played for European teams meaning they were more likely to get picked up than the likes of Kaebi. Slagging off Iranian football is pretty ignorant, although I'd agree expecting Kaebi to jump straight into the Premier League is equally ignorant. I just want the lad to find the same form he had when he first got here and make a push for a first team place, as we need pace and creativity and apparently he has both of these attributes.

sorry if this has been mentioned too often but what the hell is going on. Surely he deserves a chance in the first team above people like newton and stearman

Agreed. He's got to be something better than Stearman.

I should probably have highlighted the areas than I meant for real and the parts I was saying to get my own back for their posts pissing me off. :D

I said they are ranked around the same place as them in the world, what I meant by that is their players aren't just going to walk into a prem team. Maybe someone from Brazil, Argentina, france, spain.... they could. Players from Japan, Iran, Mali, northern ireland are not!!! They are going to work their way up to getting there.

So...are we saying kaebi is shite or good???

Im confused?? :dunno::D

:D I have no idea.

Although I think i'm now an "arab hater" for daring to speak out against the quality of Iranian football.
