Flynny Posted 24 November 2007 Posted 24 November 2007 I'd say none, maybe, MAYBE one. There's a team in our massive squad somewhere, and Holloway'll find it. He's always been one to use average players with certain strengths to construct a winning team, and thats what I expect to see him do with our squad, which on paper has way more quality than Plymouths.

They were a bunch of average players playing great football with a manager able to get them to play above their worth. I'd say for this division we have a bunch of above average players doing the opposite. Hopefully Ollie can work his magic down The Walkers

I bear the foxes no ill will it is just a fact of football and you have been a more illustrious club than Argyle. I don't think Hollowords would want Paul Wotton he is getting on a bit now. No idea who's in there, but some of them would be available on the cheap in Jan.

It might make sense and be understandable but it doesn't mean you have to like it.

Hopefully Ollie can work his magic down The Walkers Plymouth are 4th in the table...and have at least 4 or 5 players that would walk into our starting 11...Halmosi, Norris, Ebanks Blake, Seip...all good enough to start for us...not to mention Dan Gosling...Ollie will want him too. A bit head in the sand attitude to say we dont need any of them...we have some really weak players starting for us...thats why we are behing Plym and other good teams in the league

Its alright being higher up in the league then us now but its May when it counts for something and Ollie knows we have alot more going in our favour. Bigger club, More money, Will be aloud to keep his best players and his best chance of getting to manage in the Premiership is with us not you. Selling your best player to QPR hardly shows your serious about going up does it ?
