danny. Posted 9 December 2007 Posted 9 December 2007 Under Allen we lost to blackpool. The 4-1 Watford win was pretty jammy (3 good free kicks from Sheehan) it wasn't like we played amazin football. Allen constently played players out of position. Allen bought loads of crap over the Summer. Admittedly Smegson and Ollie also played players out of position etc. but they are trying to do it with Allen's crappy players and the players from last season, not that easy really!

Some of the signings he made was of poor standard, apart from Fulop who has kept us in games at times. Give Ollie a chance to prove himself, come January hopefully he can add some quality.

Allen is a thing of the past forget him, and support holloway hes only been here a couple of weeks!

Foxhateram Posted 9 December 2007 Posted 9 December 2007 Ok yes we were not happy with Allen being sacked at the time, but that was because we were blind to see what he had actually done, and bought. the p;ayers he bught into them club via a few are poor, and cant even put in a solid performance for the reserves no matter the first team. Maybe Allen could of bought the best out of these players? who knows. it doesnt matter hes gone now and we have Ollie now. I beleive Olie ahs the drive and the personality to wake this club up. Stop looking back and saying what if, maybe if, we could of ........, we should of........ it doesnt get anyone anywhere. i have learnt at an early age that looking back on things doesnt solve a bloody thing, and the best way to sort things is to put them behind you and move on! This club needs to do just that. Forget the past, especially the alst few years, and we need to turn a new leaf. January will be a new leaf for this Club and i honestly beleive next year we will be pushing at the top. If we forget the past move on, and keep IH.
