Flynny Posted 18 December 2007 Posted 18 December 2007 I'm making a wide point about the attitude of our fans. You assumed he was the same sort of cock who'd complain about the hospital thing you mentioned (can you link me to that? I've been away) and slated him for it. Someone's character doesn't become exempt from criticism just because he was a fantastic player for us, and if we're honest he could be a massive cock on the pitch as well.
Zingari Posted 18 December 2007 Posted 18 December 2007 still think he would have done better than holloway with the squad and if he hadn't he would have been sacked by now
Kilworthfox Posted 18 December 2007 Posted 18 December 2007 We're such a bunch of c**ts.Walsh was a total legend for this club, the likes of which we haven't seen for too many depressing years and which we may never see again. The man bleeds blue. He couldn't be more Leicester if he tried. If only we had someone, ANYONE, with the passion he showed the shirt. And yet just because he comes out with a bit of crap on Radio Leicester people feel the need to have a go at him. "He's a nobber these days". F**k that. This is symptomatic of the attitudes of a lot of people on here. We lose a game - "oh my god we're shit, we're going down". We win a game - "oh my god we're only X points off the play offs". Sort yourselves out. ] Top fookin notch some fookers have very short memories
Zingari Posted 18 December 2007 Posted 18 December 2007 ]Top fookin notch some fookers have very short memories too right ; what did he say again ?

It was a thread by Matt called something like "Foxes Bring Festive Cheer". It's probably on page 2 but my internet is so slow I can't be arsed to dig it out myself. As far as the rest of your post goes I'll only be repeating what I've already said if I respond to it.

Raj Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 No probs.Anyway 6-8pm is such an inappropriate time Dinnertime at that time normally Dinnertime??? More like your bedtime intit??? P.S Walshie IS and always will be a Legend. He did talk some shite when he was trying to get some employment at LCFC...But we all talk shite now and again...Some alot more than others!!!
Asha Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 Dinnertime???More like your bedtime intit??? Yeah. Nothing like a two hour nap before a night out with the 'gals'.
shrood Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 I agree entiely with the above comment Yeah sorry, I was gunna go on a rant about the small-mindedness of slagging off a hero just because he made a bad choice to bang on about the manager's job when he was obviously ridiculously underqualified but decided leicester fans will be leicester fans. All this 'I like him as a player, not as person' stuff is bloody stupid. In his playing days when his off the field actions and interviews showed nothing but passion, love and commitment for the club, did you still 'not like him as a person' then. Can't believe people can eclipse all the maginificent things he's done for this club with his most recent misguided actions.
Father Ted Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 I agree entiely with the above comment! Seconded

Disagreeing with things he's said in the media is fair enough. But disparaging personal comments such as "nobber", "bellend" and "plank" are WAY out of order. The individuals who post such crap are treacherous scum who have no place on a forum for genuine fans of Leicester City. Think on this - the reason he's down at the "megastore" tonight is because even the club know that none of the current overpaid failures who disgrace the shirt on a weekly basis will EVER inspire the affections of the fans in the way that Walshy does.

Bellend Sebastian Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 I'm under no obligation to like anybody. I think he's a cock
Ultra Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 A comment which is beneath contempt. You really are living up to your name!
Father Ted Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 I'm under no obligation to like anybody.I think he's a cock I agree. Although he is a legend.
Bellend Sebastian Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 You really are living up to your name! I get that a lot. Perhaps I'm being a little confrontational over the whole thing. But there's nothing unusual about disliking someone who's achievements you admire
