davieG Posted 9 January 2008 Posted 9 January 2008 It would appear that Rab played for Wycombe last night and kept a clean sheet, yet again nothing on the official site about him returning there either on loan or permanent. Sky Report His name has been removed from the player profiles on the OS, with Cisak added but then they still have Max at Bournemouth

Not the end of the world though if we pull off something special.........

davieG Posted 9 January 2008 Author Posted 9 January 2008 Thought he'd gone anyway, like the other 6 or 7 !! No they're all still here just like most of them were after Allen said he didn't want them. As much as might like you can't wave magic wand and they disappear they're here until someone else wants them or their contract runs out.

But you could pay up their contract and sod them off out of the club.
davieG Posted 9 January 2008 Author Posted 9 January 2008 But you could pay up their contract and sod them off out of the club. You could but that hasn't been our policy so far. Either we're not offering, they're not accepting or there's some sort of impasse on a reduced offer. I'm presuming the others are getting a taste of the Holloway garden leave.

Who exaclty are "They" The squad is now so massive, and I for one don't know the official line on all the squad. I do know Ollie told a few to stay away (about 6 or 7) but their must be list of players that is far greater than that who have been told to "find another club ?
Joe. Posted 9 January 2008 Posted 9 January 2008 Will be great when we finally see him off our squad list. He's outstayed his welcome here for way too long, and we were mugs in the first place for paying him so highly.
Durnerz Posted 9 January 2008 Posted 9 January 2008 Exactly how many penalties did he give away? Too many. Will never forget the opening day against Sheffield United, his debut when he came out for a cross, missed it by a mile, ended up behind him and their lad had the easiest goal of his career.
Jonezy Posted 9 January 2008 Posted 9 January 2008 He went there on a 3 month loan October 23rd, so officially he should still be on loan.... http://www.lcfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/Lates...1149806,00.html I never forget that Sheffield game either.....
Scow Posted 9 January 2008 Posted 9 January 2008 Here's hoping Sunderland come in with a late bid to provide Craig Gordon with a bit of guidance. Rab can tell him what it's like to play in front of 60,000 crowds regularly.
Jimmy Posted 9 January 2008 Posted 9 January 2008 http://www.football.co.uk/wycome_wanderers...ay_254865.shtml he's there for the rest of the season, i presume he became permanent at the start of Jan

He just collects his money, trains and sits there for the rest of the time. Atleast now the money we'll save on his wages can be spent on something else. I'll be glad to see the back of him.

From the horses mouth. Rab lives in Quorn, enjoys it around here, kids are settled in at School, taking his coaching badges, will not move from Leic city until his contract runs out in the summer, any move before then will be a loan I guess with Leic still paying the bulk of his wages. + Enjoys a pint in the Royal Oak and driving his Bentley

Atleast now the money we'll save on his wages can be spent on something else. I'll be glad to see the back of him. I doubt Wycombe will be paying all his wages if he's gone there permanently. We'd still be paying most of his massive pay check!
Staf Posted 9 January 2008 Posted 9 January 2008 I hope this is true and he has gone although i doubt he has actually gone he has been hanging around for ages
acooling08 Posted 9 January 2008 Posted 9 January 2008 we don't need him anyway. we've got alnwick, neilsen, henderson, logan, cisak. all better than rab
Fox You Forest Posted 9 January 2008 Posted 9 January 2008 I doubt Wycombe will be paying all his wages if he's gone there permanently. We'd still be paying most of his massive pay check! Any idea as to how much he actually earns?
