sotonfox Posted 11 January 2008 Posted 11 January 2008 Then we might become a middle of the table side. Thankfully these new signings will be signallingan end to the career of Iain Hume at the club, as it would appear Holloway loves Campbell and Fryatt. Good riddance Hume, it has been painful. If he can get a right back and 2 central defenders then we can say goodbye to the last of the losers who have plagued us for the last 3 seasons. Hopefully Kisnorbo and McAuley will be out the door soon too. Is this another one of those piss takes like in the Oakley thread.
Stevosevic Posted 11 January 2008 Posted 11 January 2008 How on earth can anyone say Fryatt has more ability than Hume? Firstly, his record is pathetic. Secondly, he's suppose to be a cool finisher, IMO his shooting is poor and weak. Also, he shows no effort and his fitness is poor. Hume has a decent record for us, isn't supposedly an out and out striker, plays out of position but has still racked up a respectable seven goals this season.
ibbosuk Posted 11 January 2008 Posted 11 January 2008 So what? Iain Hume is has been consistent in a shite team, that doesn't make him good it makes him less shite then the others, but still shite nonetheless. For fuuuuck sake, why do we have to put up with the same shite players we have had for the last few seasons? If we do we will never get out of the bottom half of the table. To say Iain Hume is quality is nothing more than wishful ass kissing, he isn't good enough for where the club is trying to go. I am rather tired of this best defence in the league myth too, seeing as we have been in the lower half of the table how can we have had the best defence in the league? Also notice when big Fulop went just how shite McAuley ad Kisnorbo are, back to how they have been over the last few seasons. SPOT ON!!!! GREAT POST...GET RID!!! & Fryatt...He's just an out & out con man.. IMO !!

James. Posted 11 January 2008 Posted 11 January 2008 Good riddance Hume, it has been painful. I stopped reading at this point and I haven't read any of the responses. Seriously what the f**k are you on about?
Theboybroome Posted 11 January 2008 Posted 11 January 2008 You are obviously a bit mental, Hume has been one of the only players we have in the squad who's worth keeping!
rob-blue-fox Posted 11 January 2008 Posted 11 January 2008 I stopped reading at this point and I haven't read any of the responses.Seriously what the f**k are you on about? i think he's been at them special biscuits again
Fox You Forest Posted 11 January 2008 Posted 11 January 2008 i think he's been at them special biscuits again Damn Garibaldi's
lildave3 Posted 11 January 2008 Posted 11 January 2008 And people say I've been on the brandy.Hume or Fryatt? I couldn't make a case for Fryatt if he was my son. I could. Although i'd say such an outcome is unlikely.
Tabou Posted 11 January 2008 Posted 11 January 2008 For the attention of GEORDIE. You sir, are a penis. Unless you are Matty Fryatt's mother, then you are very deluded about that boy. Iain Hume would make a decent premiership player, given time. Penis.

Slightly harsh, Fulop was replaced by a goalkeeper who looks about ready to see out the rest of his belowe par career in League Two.

AyewJoking Posted 11 January 2008 Posted 11 January 2008 IF the new signings mean we will actually start creating good old fashioned scoring opportunities then I think Howard, Campbell, Hume and Fryatt are all capable of 10-15 goals per season at this level.

Exactly, it's rare that you watch us play and come away thinking "We wasted so many chances today" in fact not since the first day of the season have I thought that.

Iain Hume would make a decent premiership player, given time. Penis. are u having a laugh? hume will never be good enough fot a premiership team. if ui think hume is good enough for a premiership team u must have seen a different hume to me or think the premiership is a poor division. he gives 100% - credit to him. we have yet to see the best out of fryatt, wheras hume we have. fryatt has far more potential than hume, just wait a couple of years and he''l be playin premiership football. not hume in my view.
Geordie Posted 11 January 2008 Author Posted 11 January 2008 Geordie, you say Hume has been consistent in an awful team. So why get rid of him? He must have been better than the rest of the team. Hume should be in the team because of his work-rate, commitment and the fact he looks like scoring goals. Fryatt doesn't. He was consistently shite in a shite team, but others plunged to much lower depths. Face it, Fryatt, Hume, Kisnorbo, McAuley, Stearman and Kisnorbo do not deserve to be at this club as they are not good enough collectively (as shown over the last 3 seasons) or individually as shown by their complete lack of basic ability for this level. If it upsets people that their heroes are not good enough then unlucky, they may well be nice lads but they are shit footballers for Leicester City and at the end of the day that is all that matters.

Thommy Wright will play in a premiership side one day, probz a mid table side like Everton or West Ham. what a goal last nite against the forest cocks! blue army!
Benji Posted 11 January 2008 Posted 11 January 2008 I don't think you can say mcauley and kisnorbo have been proved shit by fulop's departure, a big amount of it is based on his replacement, henderson Against southampton, 1st goal we were skinned and finished in the corner, maybe should have done better to reach earlier, 2nd goal flapped and missed straight in Other than that didn't mcauley make two great last ditch tackles? may have been penalties though i was in the southampton end
Dames Posted 11 January 2008 Posted 11 January 2008 All we need to sort out the back 4 is to replace McAuley and get a Decent left back in.
Leicester Rule! Posted 11 January 2008 Posted 11 January 2008 i svink henderson should be playing reserve team football.
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 11 January 2008 Posted 11 January 2008 The title looked promising - delete the rest of the crap mate, and your post would have good merit.
